  I would definitely recommend this establishment for last minute needs.
  
  We were visiting someone at the Bay State hospital and the cafeteria was closed, so we ran up the street (5 minutes away) and they had tons of stuff, both hot and cold. Very convenient.

  Been going here for over 10 years and since the new owner ship it seems like it’s gone down hill about 50% honestly probably more. For example I tried to get some pizza tonight and there wasn’t any atm and instead of making a new one and me waiting for it I was told that they have cheese and pepperoni but they didn’t have any pizza at the moment and instead of saying “I can make one it’ll just be x amount of minutes” they said they didn’t have any pizza so I’m very disappointed in the lack of care for customers when certain employees are working

  Since the new ownership I have been in early for coffee but that doesn’t start until 6am or later. Ordered an 8 pc wing and only got 5. Seems like the new owners are trying but not watching their customer response clearly.

  Ordered late night Uber eats because I’m pregnant and wanted a cherry slushie. Date is 02/13/24 and the time is 1:42am and my finance got a mtn dew slushie. His tasted like STRAIGHT PISS. Mine tasted fine until the after taste then it tasted very off. Either they aren’t cleaning the slushie machine and letting it get mold in the tubes, or they did something else to my slushies. Don’t buy slushies from here…might get sick. Ps tried calling all I heard was static and got hung up on multiple times.

  This location has a card scan reader to copy customer’s card information. Now im in the process in making a police report with Chicopee Police department. Disgusting and deplorable place, is completely empty based on other reviews, and somehow my card was charged here for $45 while i live 200 miles away. That means their readers are saving card information for later use.

  This 7/11 literally never has anything available. Barely any chips. No nachos. No cheese no anything I’m surprised at how they keep their store open, their taquitos are always stale like they’ve there for HOURS food is literally never fresh it’s just disappointing every single time

  I used to come to this store every morning for my daily needs for the workday. Ever since the change of management I have seen this store decay into a disaster. More and more im starting to go back to Cumberland Farms instead of 711 for my needs. Store stinks, often out of stock of a lot of items, which is confusing because there's boxes of product all over the floor making it difficult to go down isles. Again today I pull into parking lot and out of the past 8 days there's signs on windows saying cash only and exact change only when I'm sure 90% of people including me always use card. I'm officially tapping out 711 will no longer be my morning stop back to cumbys. This store needs a serious overhaul and has lost my business

  Out of stock on most Red Bull. While I was looking for something else the cashiers were playing around and wanted to go outside but couldn’t because according to the cashier I was “taking my time” as I was the only customer in the store. As a former employee of a 7-11 I would never. Retrain or hire new employees because they aren’t working for you.

  I went in this morning and the cashier, a woman was extremely rude and unprofessional. I used to come to this 7-11 all the time when I lived near the area and it was very clean and staff were extremely nice. She was berating the customers and cursing and stating this store is going to s**t while in front of customers. If you don’t like your job then just find a new one! It was horrible. I will never return again.
