This location has a card scan reader to copy customer’s card information. Now im in the process in making a police report with Chicopee Police department. Disgusting and deplorable place, is completely empty based on other reviews, and somehow my card was charged here for $45 while i live 200 miles away. That means their readers are saving card information for later use.

This 7/11 literally never has anything available. Barely any chips. No nachos. No cheese no anything I’m surprised at how they keep their store open, their taquitos are always stale like they’ve there for HOURS food is literally never fresh it’s just disappointing every single time

I used to come to this store every morning for my daily needs for the workday. Ever since the change of management I have seen this store decay into a disaster. More and more im starting to go back to Cumberland Farms instead of 711 for my needs. Store stinks, often out of stock of a lot of items, which is confusing because there's boxes of product all over the floor making it difficult to go down isles. Again today I pull into parking lot and out of the past 8 days there's signs on windows saying cash only and exact change only when I'm sure 90% of people including me always use card. I'm officially tapping out 711 will no longer be my morning stop back to cumbys. This store needs a serious overhaul and has lost my business

Out of stock on most Red Bull. While I was looking for something else the cashiers were playing around and wanted to go outside but couldn’t because according to the cashier I was “taking my time” as I was the only customer in the store. As a former employee of a 7-11 I would never. Retrain or hire new employees because they aren’t working for you.

I went in this morning and the cashier, a woman was extremely rude and unprofessional. I used to come to this 7-11 all the time when I lived near the area and it was very clean and staff were extremely nice. She was berating the customers and cursing and stating this store is going to s**t while in front of customers. If you don’t like your job then just find a new one! It was horrible. I will never return again.

This store is a disgrace and disgusting I heard an employee sit there and tell the manager that they refused to put what is supposed to be frozen foods back in the freezer after it thawed out in there what they call vault the manager got mad at her for not putting the food in the freezer after it has already been thawed for 12 plus hours there's meat in that food that was thawed please don't get sick

They cancelled my order twice for pick up and I never had a problem with this and soon has I got in they still didnt wanna get me for what I order honestly I never been so disappointed.

There is an employee there that wears a badge with profanity on it where his name should be , made me and my child uncomfortable . He had no professionalism wearing something like that to his job.

Suddenly unable to deliver to my house through the app. Says I'm too far to deliver to but I've never had an issue before. None of the fresh food is ever on grubhub or doordash. Ordering from here is always a struggle.

I frequent this 7-11 as I live right down the street in Chicopee. The store has been closed for over a week now. A sign on the door said it was reopening on the 25th of July but it is still closed. Will the store ever be open again?
