I’ve been with Aaron’s for four years and I met my worst experience with the Aaron’s on Liberty Street in Springfield Mass. Meh the Delivery Service was awful the customer service on the telephone was awful I still haven’t received my merchandise from this store because it was my window according to the manager the window when I wasn’t home and they couldn’t deliver the item to my son because he isn’t 18 years old then they got stuck in the driveway and spent at least an hour digging themselves out.

Some of the employees are great but others not so much. Unfortunately just got a washer set from them and its been a headache from the beginning. The washer is giving me issues and trying to get a someone to check it out requires a person to wait all day take a whole day off from work as if people dont work for them to show up because a scheduled time frame cant happen.. seriously considering if the connivence is worth the headache or if im better off returning not thrilled

Don't shop at this store, the employees are very rude. They have the balls to call the customers a lyer and illegally mess with their information. I should go to News 40 and report that stuff to the news station.

They are so bad don’t rent from them u pay insurance on something but if it brakes they tell u that it’s your responsibility to finish paying for it the manger is so rude like how he is the manger beyond me they are so quick to come to your house call your phone 30 times a day but when u ask them to come pick something up from your house cuz u no longer are useing nor do u wanna pay for it anymore they take for ever to come and get it but if I owed u money u come so fast they left a item in my house for 4 days giveing me the run around talking about yah we are coming for it and never do don’t wast your time or money there the manger is not it better off going to Boston road

Don't do ez pay because they take it out on different dates even if you have a scheduled payment date

We know about the rental concept, and that is not my compliant. My complaint goes to the staff and service overall. A set of furniture was ordered, it took 2 weeks to deliver and when it arrived the most important piece of the furniture was broken. It's been about a month and we are still waiting for a replacement. Management has failed to provide a solution, they just keep using the same text book excuse but still no action. Very dissapointed and will definitely stop doing business with them. Avoid them if possible.
