Don't do ez pay because they take it out on different dates even if you have a scheduled payment date

We know about the rental concept, and that is not my compliant. My complaint goes to the staff and service overall. A set of furniture was ordered, it took 2 weeks to deliver and when it arrived the most important piece of the furniture was broken. It's been about a month and we are still waiting for a replacement. Management has failed to provide a solution, they just keep using the same text book excuse but still no action. Very dissapointed and will definitely stop doing business with them. Avoid them if possible.

Be aware of how they serve you. They can have better employees that treat you with more respect & not give you any issues with your order & refund. If you can find another place to rent to own. You'll save yourself the hassle. Being honest. ?

I’m only giving this a star because I’ve been a customer for a long time and I’ve not only leased but I’ve bought furniture there and now they won’t even let me lease a sofa bed at an affordable price. It’s a shame but I won’t be dealing with that store anymore. Businesses should understand that the customers are what build them up. Shame.

I have been a customer for 4 or 5 years now and have always had great service. The reps have always been knowledgeable and professional. The items I have purchased were excellent and I am contemplating a new purchase soon. Being on SS this is the best way to buy.
