They are the worse to rent from . I have rented numerous iteans at this location since they really don’t do much credit check since I was new to the state or mass. First i order a iteam and they give me a iteam of there choice rather then what i ask for . I ordered a Samsung tv and when they delivered the tv it was not a Samsung it was a brand I have never heard off second time they pulled this . The first tv I ordered the same situation and after the day of fulling paying it off tv went black on me and I had it for less then 2 years. Had to call a business by the name of TV doctor to come check it out and paid more then enough to have it fixed and because it had been paid for the prior day it was no longer they’re responsibility. I had a situation with the second tv I was renting called them and told them and was told aTec would be sent the next day to check it out and who never showed up or even called , so I paused payment and they continuesly call and harrass call more then 5 to 6 times a day for they’re payment orb tv return . Return it asap I refuse to pay for a iteam I’ll have issues with after full payment is given Horrible service .

I will never get anything from this company ever again. They ordered a part for my laptop and it’s been over 3 months and I still haven’t received the part. I get things overseas faster than them. It’s ridiculous waiting this long. Very poor customer service. ???

Was given 3 different times for delivery, when they did finally arrive it took them a total of 10 min to say the sofa didn’t fit, despite my home having 3 entrances all the delivery guy could say was “idk” to every question. Holyoke store rectified issue in literally 1 hour.

If there was an option for 0 stars, I would have chosen that one. Customer service is horrific. The employees are very rude. Items are dirty and missing pieces. Watch your payment schedule carefully because they took money from my account 2 weeks prior to my scheduled ez payment. Also, be prepared for harassing phone calls if you are 1 day late for payment. You will get multiple calls during the day and your references you provided while signing the lease will also. And you can forget about making any late payments. They want a month and a half in advance for paying 1 or 2 weeks late. Management changed about a year ago and it shows. I used to love renting from them. Now, I will never rent from them again. This place has totally gone down hill. Absolutely horrible. I wouldn't ever recommend this to anyone. Ever.

I have been going to Aaron’s for almost 3 years a got a sectional from them an I had to rent a van an have my brother an boyfriend go get it because they couldn’t deliver when they said..Then just recently I got a different sectional from them an waited all day I called to make sure durning business hours they were still coming an said yes only to get a call at 7:30pm saying they couldn’t make the delivery an the store was closed an no manager is in.. I am very unhappy with the people an service at this store an would not recommend to anyone..

So I have never used aaron's before, and due the worldwide chip shortage, I thought I would be able to find a decent laptop for work; the initial service that I got was good, but the service that I have gotten after that is absolute trash. I agreed to pay on the 15th of each month, but I got a call today from and employee ( Ryan ) asking me: "where's our money you owe us"....needless to say this surprised me and I said my payment isn't due until the 15th, and his response was: "Nah, everybody pays on the first". I did say I would send a payment in, but was not happy with his call, or his attitude; I called the store and was transferred to the account manager ( Orlando P) who stated also, payment are due on the 1st unless you have a different payment plan. I explained to him "before" I purchased the computer I relayed to the sales-lady my payments would be made on the 15th of each month, he said there was no record of that conversation. I would strongly suggest to the store manager ( Anthony Davis/Store #C1806 ) that you train your staff to 1. make sure when customers have payment agreements, that they are properly documented in your system. 2. if payment is due on the 1st, don't call someone on the 2nd demanding money from them......it's tacky and bad business. I would not recommend anyone to purchase anything from aaron's based on the business model they currently use, with the customers. Customer should be your number priority, and should be treated with professionalism and proper customer service. What your doing now, is losing customers.

These people promise delivery on a certain day and I got rid of my living room furniture and they never show up I will never do business here again bad way of doing business and gave me a attitude for canceling the order 1 thing good is the manager was nice and apologized

There was a lot of confusion at first but I got the deal that I wanted I'm glad I waited because it was a better deal and they were very helpful at the end and God bless I am clean clothes

This store is generally helpful. Occasionally you will get a snippy employee but overall I've been satisfied.

My fiancé and I are leasing through this specific location and it’s unfortunate for us , the customer service is very poor . We use to lease through Aarons in Holyoke & we wish we still were . The manager at the Holyoke store was very customer friendly and you can tell he likes to work with people and set things up based off of his customers needs . We’re considering returning our purchases and going through a entire new company . The manager at this location also never gave us a total that we’d be billed monthly and when we finally got billed it was EXTREMELY high . To the point where we should buy for full price . If the option is to go through a different company or Aarons location , I highly recommend . These people don’t care for their customers , all they see is dollar signs .
