Poor customer service. It is advertised on the front windows that they check batteries, starters, and alternators. When asked to check my starter, with a straight face, he said we don't do that!

Lazy and useless. Went to buy wipers and the lady at the front desk pointed to an aisle and didn't offer to install. That's why AI will replace you one day.

They had the K & N service kit that I was picking up. Second location I had to go to. The first I ordered online, received confirmation that it was ready to be picked up. When I got there they informed me that my order had subsequently been canceled. Since I don't read emails while driving I obviously didn't get the cancelation email. The issue I had at next location. None of the car care products rang up as the same price it was marked on the product shelf. The manager was able to adjust the price but when looking over my receipt at home. I still paid more than the price it should have been based on the price it was marked on the shelf as.
