I had a car loan through this institution, and I will never use them again. The customer service is not great most times and the level of technology for users is still in the early 2000's. No ability to pay off loans online you have to drive a check or cash to their main branch. It also took many tries to get a simple account to account transfer completed. Lenders be aware you'll have to closely manage each interaction to ensure any level of success.

This bank has the worst customer service. I called because I realized money was taken out of my account. The representative said I would get a call back. I had to call back then the representative response was so rude. I will take my money to another credit union.

Mr. Micheal Kelly is by far one of the most professional, patient, kind and resourceful Officer in the business. He was transparent and accommodating from start to end. I honestly felt like I was his ONLY client. ARRHA is truly lucky to have Micheal and I am blessed to have had him by my side.

THREE TIMES IN ONE MONTH THEY TOLD ME I WAS SHORT $100 IN MY DEPOSITED MONEY ENVELOPE!? you can be sure I counted my $$$ CAREFULLY after the first time!!THERE'S A THIEF THERE❗ wonder where else they may have stolen my $$$ ? SPFD OFFICE. TIME TO CHECK OUT!! TD bank has much better hours so i don't have to deposit cash $$$ via envelopes.

Arrha is a scam I filed a despute months ago and everytime I call they tell me a different story that does not add up. Each representative has giving the impression that they have not read my despute requests and that they have neglected my despute request. The manager that works at credit union in Springfield Massachusetts hung the phone on me during a calm discussion and completely disregarded my concerns of why one representative is telling me something else. It's either we cannot process your refund because you did not notify the merchant or we cannot refund you because it's a partial refund request meanwhile they never told me while I first submitted the despute in the first place and then according to the manger they only despute some fraudulent occurrences not all. I'm literally going to switch my bank they are so irresponsible and they always cancel your remote bank deposits over some again different excises that also doesn't line up they always coming up with other excuses that just never add up. I cannot remain in a bank that I cannot trust .

Best bank around and very business friendly. Adam the manager is professional, efficient, and informative. And the employees are all knowledgeable and friendly as well. I would recommend this credit union to anyone.

Don’t use the night drop box..:every time I have used it my payment is ‘late’ charging me fees because someone isn’t doing their job.

Arrha is hands down the worst bank I’ve dealt with. They never answer, they never call you back and on top of that how does my debit card all of a sudden stop working. When I call to see what’s wrong apparently here’s no record of me even having a card with this bank. Manifestation at its finest, I’ll be taking all my funds out of there first thing in the morning...hopefully I can get someone to answer.

Worst customer service ever there rude ..seems like no one wants to work now a days . You update ur information then something happens they say they have called you and they still have the last number so they never updated it.. seems like it’s getting worst seriously since everything is opening up again I’ll be changing banks ..

I would absolutely recommend Micheal Kelley to anyone looking for a non-stressful mortgage process. Michael went above and beyond to make sure my family and I got the house I loved!!!! I love!!!!! He was always available to answer my questions even if they seemed a lil crazy. Lol. The whole process took about 30 days and we was in our new home!!!! Enjoyed my experience with him truly. Where must I start!!! Should I tell you about the professional service Michael Kelley offer indeed it is. I did a refinance on my home with the arrha credit union they offer great and professional service ..Michael Kelley is very professional and attentive to any questions i have to ask and it was a worry-free process. Great work!
