The staff at this location are always very helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating whenever I’ve needed assistance with finding something for my vehicle. I just left there and once again never a disappointment.

BEST AutoZone in Springfield hands down! This place treated me like family! Not only did I found what I needed for my car, but the employees made me feel comfortable, answered my questions and guided me to the right direction! I'm very grateful!

My husband went there today to have them check his check engine light. They ignored him when he entered because they were talking. They then told him they didn't have the machine to check the engine and suggested that he go to O Reilly's. Terrible customer service and professionalism.

Found what I was looking for in 30 seconds on the left as soon as I walked in
As I was walking in, I was very happily greeted by 2 very young men. And as I was looking on the wall, they asked what I needed, I told them and as I picked up the product I needed, they said, "oh you have it in your hand!" Lol! I don't think they expected a girl know the exact problem of her car and the exact product was needed. Lol! Really great kids/workers!
This Auto Zone is a really clean, stocked store with awesome, knowledgeable and friendly workers!!!

It's a decent auto parts store. Pretty busy. The guy helping me was very helpful. I got what I was looking for and was out pretty quick. The parking is limited, but usually there's an available spot. No problems.
