My truck needed 2 hours of maintenance called and got appointment.8 days later. Which is fine, they told me to bring it in Wednesday morning. Called at 4 wasn't ready called Thurs night, at 4 wasn't ready. Call Friday at 4. Didn't even look at it yet. I don't know how long they expect people to go without a car. For a 2 hour maintenance job and an 8 day. Wait I do not recommend this service department if you want your vehicle back. I recommend you find another Chevy dealer.

We dropped our truck off for service at the scheduled appointment time on a Wednesday. On Friday evening was told they hadn't been able to look at our truck yet and they didn't know when they would be able to. Told the Service Advisor to leave the truck with the key in the truck and lock the doors we would have it picked up on the weekend. The key was placed in the truck and the doors were left unlocked. Security went into the truck and rummaged around to locate the key to it and once he found it put the key inside the office location. Mysteriously $300 that was in the glove box was missing when we picked up the truck. We still cant get an appointment for another 20 days after our original one they couldn't get to us for. We know help is few and far between these days but they definitely shouldn't be making appointments so much if they do not have the help. A police report has been filed for the stolen cash. You can't trust anyone nowadays

My service Advisor David was awesome. He made it a point to keep in contact with me and keep me updated on the status of my vehicle.I absolutely love the service i get at Balise Chevrolet. Most people feel intimidated to bring their vehicles to the dealership for servicing. But I beg to differ. I have two vehicle that are serviced at this dealership and I am never disappointed! Chevy trucks are known to reach well over 300,000 miles with good proper maintenance. My 2002 Burb is at 310,000 and still climbing. With good maintenance my 2012 Silverado shall do the same.

I had a scheduled appointment for a Friday. I dropped off my car Thursday evening. I did not hear anything about my car on Friday so I called on Saturday for an update. I was told my representative was not there that day so I could not have an update and needed to wait until Monday when he was back in. When we spoke to him on Monday he said the car had not even been looked at yet by the technician. I don’t understand the point of an appointment if the shop does not honor our valuable time.

Terrible customer service from the Parts Department on 9/21/23. I called with a question and the advisor was extremely rude and unhelpful. I asked if they would sell me a specific part and he said only if I can provide a VIN. I provided the VIN and he said that part doesn't belong to the truck. OK with me, can I still buy it? The answer was NO. He hung up on me. These parts guys don't know anything. May as well do research yourself because these corporate pawns don't know anything if it doesn't show up on their computer.

I brought my vehicle in this past June for the complimentary service which includes oil changes. After the oil change was done, my vehicle began performing differently, including ticking. My mechanic discovered that my vehicle's engine suffered a lifter failure. This failure occured on an engine with less then 100,000 miles on it. I have attempted to reach the manager of the service department and had to call multiple times. During these calls, the associate answering told me they would forward my call as the manager was available. Both times my calls were forwarded immediately to answering machines. After leaving messages, I have not received one call back. While my buying experience was good, this service department is a major letdown as their employees caused major damage to my vehicle. This lack of care for a customer's vehicle has taken away a vehicle that allowed me to work extra time to provide for my family.

I would want to give it a 0 star if I could!Went in to look at a Sierra 1500 Denali, told the guy I’ve never had a pickup before so please guide me also I’m selling my current Audi and the buyer is picking it up in a week.So I’m here to check out the trucks so I’m not without a car for too long.He goes and “talks to the manager” and comes back and says “come back when you have the deposit”.1. It’s not a matter of money… I could’ve given you the deposit right there.2. Is this how you actually deal with customers?I’m sorry but the other GMC dealer in Chicopee is a bit too far but they will be getting my sale.Teach customer service skills to your salespeople please.Absolutely ridiculous.

Due to a past experience with a GM dealer & their service dept., my faith in your service, products & business as a whole have diminished to the point that I don't think I'll ever purchase another GMC product again or go back to that dealer for anything. I am now servicing my leased 2022 GMC Acadia with Balise Chevrolet Buick GMC in Springfield MA. David French is the Service Advisor who assists me with any issues I have been having with the vehicle. David has been very knowledgeable, accommodating and professional in most of his interactions with me which is more than I can say about the other advisors I've dealt with. Because of my insecurities regarding my vehicle, I ask a lot of questions and need reassurance that everything is up to par. I know this can cause frustrations sometimes however, in a customer service environment, these frustrations should never be directed at a customer. I am grateful for David & would personally like to thank him for all he's done for me. As long as there are no other issues with my car, David will not have to deal with me again.I noticed on my visits to the Balise service department David had the longest line (?). It seemed that more customers were waiting to speak with him. To me, this speaks volumes! Kudo's to David. Keep up the good work.

I had a couple of issue , when I went to pick up my new 2023 GMC. The bed of the truck was dirty from sitting out side and would have though they would have cleaned it up instead of just running through a car wash. Other issues I had was when we went to do the paper work, the amount was over 600 more then we agreed upon, and I was going to leave when they came up with a way to make it right. When I signed the paper the odometer statement said 9 miles, It was actually 32 on it, not that was a big deal. When I was driving home I noticed it said my air filter was at 87% left, which it should have been at 99 to 100% for a new vehicle, the other when I was driving was it show my windshield washer fluid was low. I sent the info to Tim my sales person, and he took care of it for my, by dropping off a gallon of washer fluid, and a new air filter. So at the end of it Balise took care of most of the issue, but for a new vehicle I don't believe I should have gone through all of this. I love the truck.

Worst customer service in their service department book an appointment 3 weeks out because that's the first available they don't get to it the day we booked no calls no communications until I called and they say oh it's "On Deck" for a technician three days later haven't even looked at it. Would never buy a commercial vehicle here or have one serviced again.

I have used Balise for 5 vehicles. The experience was good. This last experience was a little on the pushy side to close and deliver the vehicle. I was going for the delivery on Monday, but was being pushed by Monica and the gentleman who seemed like a manager. I was ok with it until I got the vehicle. Monica dropped the truck off to my wife. Had my wife sign stating the vehicle was without damage. This was not disclosed as I was pushed into delivery the next day vs the following Monday. I originally set it up where my trade in truck was dropped off with a lock box. But I could not fit the keys into a lock box. So I had it dropped off to my wife.My wife signed. Now I had the ceramic coating and seat protection added. I got to my truck that night and found that the truck was not cleaned well inside and out. I have pics! So how can a protective coating be applied if the vehicle was not cleaned well? To back up, I asked my wife what the communication was like? She let me know that Monica let her know that the truck was being washed and then she would be coming down. Then my wife was updated that she was on her way. I followed up and found out my wife did the walk around.Now the coating was never mentioned.So why was it never mentioned and how can you add a coating to a vehicle that wasn’t cleaned properly? Furthermore I have purchased trucks from this same dealer and had the coating added. There was a sticker added to the window. Kinda like the car wash sticker that was added to my window on this new truck. Well there is no sticker. I do not feel the coating was added, but told I watched them add the coating when I asked how can you tell if the coating was added?

Incredible customer service and workmanship. We had an ongoing problem with our 2019 Colorado that only had 20000 miles on it and that was not fixed until we brought it to Scott in service from the suggestion of Syed Husain. They knew we were in a tight time frame and we’re still able to get the parts and complete the work immediately. We were treated with utmost respect and all service employees we encountered were both professional and kind! Thank you for stepping up to the plate and making a wrong right!
