Don’t have to worry about my medication being on back order and may not be able to fill it. Baystate pharmacy is the place to go. If you need any refills, you will be satisfied with customer service answering your questions.

Heart failure. I spent the first 24 plus hours on a cot in the hallway of the ER. I was refused my needed medication ( nebulizer for my breathing) because as they said they could not give it to me as I was not in a room . I had difficulty trying to flag a person down in order to get to the bathroom. After I finally got to a room I had to be moved. They had brought a patient in who was positive for COVID. I also had to ask for the welcoming package soap wash cloth etc. When it was time to be discharged I told them I could get a ride home the following morning but that was not fast enough for them. They ordered an ambulance service to bring me home without pre approval . This caused more billing problems. All in all I would say this was not one if better stays there

Rachael is great! She made the impossible, possible! My wife was running all over ;to pharmacy after pharmacy, trying to figure out all my prescriptions and insurance; and then we found Rachael at the baystate pharmacy and she made everything so much simpler ! Thank you so much!
