We recently lost our mother and Sue Keenan was beyond helpful with navigating us through the days to follow. From our first phone call to the follow-up Sue was professional and compassionate with helping us through this difficult time. I would highly recommend Byron Keenan funeral home.

We would like to extend gratitude to everyone from the Staff who transported my late Father-In-Law, Sue assisting the family in making the necessary arrangements, Ronnie who arranged for an Honor Guard and a Uniform display at the wake to Terry and Staff who handled the event the day of his funeral and burial were just fantastic, very caring and Professional.

I don’t know where to begin, since Byron Keenan Funeral Home is where my Mom and Sister’s celebration of their lives ended there.
My sister in ‘22, and mom this past May ‘25.
I can’t express enough how grateful I was for that. Everyone there helped make “making those dreadful arrangements” smooth and seamless. It was hard enough to accept, but the staff was so approachable and always available for every question and always had an answer.

It was a great experience with the team at Byron Keenan working with our family and putting the entire service together for our beloved family member. Everyone was professional, courteous, and extremely helpful in making sure every detail was covered and executed without a hitch. There is so much that has to go into honoring a family member, and the thoughtfulness, empathy and care were exemplary. We are so appreciative and thankful!

I could not have imagined a better experience at such a difficult time. My mother passed away at a nursing home out of state which I thought could create a problem. Fortunately, my mother had secured the services of Byron Keenan Funeral Home and Sue Keenan took action in a flash. She was just the right amount of fast, competent and efficient mixed with patience, understanding and empathy. If you’re not familiar with the intricacies of funeral arrangement then you could not be guided by better hands; start to finish. My gratitude is immense. If you’re reading this review, be assured that there can’t be a superior choice to Byron Keenan.

My father recently passed away and we quickly got in contact with Terry. Terry was amazing, he was supportive, compassionate and helpful. He partnered with me, my sister and my mother to make sure the services were a beautiful reflection of my father’s life.
The funeral home was warm and intimate. The wake and funeral were flawless and no detail was overlooked.
This was a terrible time for my family; we were treated with a tremendous amount of respect and patience.
Terry walked us through everything and made us feel comfortable with what to expect, helped us navigate the entire process in such a thoughtful way.
I am extremely grateful for Terry and the entire team at Byron Keenan for their guidance, wisdom and compassion.

Excepcional Service-Top Notch 💕
This is the first time I experienced the process of a funeral arrangement. My husband passed away suddenly and not knowing what I needed to do I reach out to two funeral homes. Sue from
Byron Keenan Funeral quickly reached out and I quickly felt that this was the place. Her compassion, sympathy, patience and knowledge of the process made the kids and I feel at peace. I just said what I wanted and she delivered. Her staff were extremely helpful and there to make sure everything went smoothly. I couldn’t ask for anything else because everyone there delivered top notch service. The place is beautiful and well decorated. Bathroom are beautiful and smell good. Our guests were so impressed with this place. I would highly recommend Byron Keenan Funeral Home & Cremation Tribute Center and would definitely use them when needed. Thank you all at Byron Keenan Funeral for all your help 💝 you all have a special place in my heart.

They took all the time we needed, patiently answered all our questions, and were very kind and thoughtful. Terry, Shannon, and Suzanne were very professional and were available any time that we needed them. My experience with them for my father and mother-in-law was exceptional.
