They basically stole my car. I purchase a vehicle from them in September. I've been under the impression that they were fixing it so it can pass inspection. They weren't and when I asked for my money back they basically spit in my face and told me to keep waiting. They are wildly unprofessional and I would absolutely NEVER recommend anyone spend their money here. I will be taking them to court for the car, the registration and inspection fees and most importantly my insurance that has been active since September when we closed the sale. I am out of thousands of dollars due to this scam artist of a business and most importantly I paid for a car that I don't have and they refuse to give me.

BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT BUY WTHOUT READING THIS!!! Purchased a vehicle 45 days before getting my license that "needed no repairs". After getting license, took the car to get inspected and failed - it needed $2,000 in safety repairs and was not at all safe to drive. Was told to get 2nd estimate...did that...same repairs found to be needed. Car connect said no as it was past 30 day warranty, then after fighting for over a week, they finally said they would have the car looked at but had to have it towed 1 hour back to Springfield. Had to pay for tow truck as they would not pick it up. Another week later got call that $1k out of pocket would be needed to pick up the car because it DID need repairs. Refused to pay that and they said car would be held hostage until it was paid and that they already started doing repairs. Reluctantly paid as there was no choice, and then got ANOTHER call that it would be ANOTHER $500!!! Fought again for another week and was talked down to and sworn at, and when the tow truck driver showed up to bring the car back to the garage that failed it - they said it was not done and paid for in full - so they turned them away...forced to pay $500...and a 3rd tow truck trip later - the car made it back to the local garage that did the inspection. SURPRISE SURPRISE - THEY DID NOT DO 90% OF WHAT THEY SAID THEY DID THAT THEY CHARGED ME FOR!!!!!! In fact - the new bill was now worse because of the damage they Now forced to pay for the same repairs they lied about doing a second time all over again. I presented all receipts, text messages showing that the repairs they said they did were NOT done - were now paid in full a second time asking for the $1,500 back. They have never responded. Will be in court next. These are the biggest bunch of scam artists ever - DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE
