I have LIVED in Western Ma for 7 years. I will say that Caring pharmacy is by far the nicest and the most knowledgeable pharmacist around.I will continue with Caring Pharmacy as Long as I need them🙏👍👍👌

Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with....I called 10:00 in the morning..was promised that my medication would be filled and delivered that night...then when I called to find out why I didn't get the delivery I'm informed that they never filled it and I would have to wait until the next day.... this is for medication that I am physically and mentally reliant on....the owner hung up on me when I complained...do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!!!!!!

Always have my scripts ready on time- they also answer the phone when I call with in 20 seconds. CVS can’t even come close to their customer service. I appreciate Caring pharmacy

This pharmacy is amazing! The medication is bubble packed and they deliver to Sunderland Massachusetts. Could not ask for a more thoughtful, caring pharmacy. Staff are always courteous and helpful. So lucky to have them.

Best pharmacy!! All are very attentive and go the extra mile for every customer. They call the doctors directly when a refill is needed, unlike big name pharmacies.
