I was debating to write an review or not and I decided to do it. I bought my SUV a few months ago, it hasn't even been 8 months yet. My family had bought a few cars from there with no issues, that was not the case with me. First the employees and the owner's son are problably one of the rudest people I have ever met, the owner is an okay guy. Then I went to get my car inspected and it got rejected so that was a journey and then when it finally passed not even 3 months with my car and my transmition died, and I have to change my wheel barrier so all in all fixing my $8,000 car is $9,200.69. I regret purchasing this car and I wish I would have gone to an actual dealership. I should have been more suspicious with the comments they said about the car so it is also my fault. Overall I recommend everyone to stay away from this place and take their business elsewhere.

Lemon car. My Son’s lawyer will be at Cedars to talk to Mohamed. My Son returned the car and they don’t want to give his money back. We would see them in court soon. Very bad Customer service they didn’t even know how to repair a car running around for your 30 days to expire be careful people. People like Mohamed doesn’t deserve to have a business in MA!

Glad I stopped by Springfield to find this dealership. Found exactly what I was looking for and the owner helped me figure out the best way to complete my purchase! Great deal for my SUV and passed inspection with no problem. Wasnt expecting the process of finding and buying a nice car so easy or to find such a great value on something used.

I was in the market to purchase a car for my soon to be licensed teenage driver and stumbled upon a very nice 2015 Mazda 6 on FB marketplace. The car ended up being located at Cedar Auto Sales in Springfield and from beginning to end Mohammed and his team there were wonderful to work with. Always responsive to my messages, gave me a good deal on the car, and when I brought up a few concerns with they car they took care of it right away. Got the sticker within two days and my kid is ready to go. If I am ever in the market for another used car I would definitely use Cedars again.

Very unprofessional dealership, don't buy a car from these guys before seeing the car, l bought a car from them online auction the car was posted as run and drive but when the transporter showed up the car would start but wouldn't move, and they wouldn't take my phone call anymore

I recently bought a car from Cedar Auto Sales and their service was amazing! The car had few issues but Mohamad was really good about solving all my problems. They were on top of everything I highly recommend! I will be referring my family there! I don't know what some of these google reviewers are talking about go in a see for yourself!

I got a truck from here few years ago and to this day I've had same issues.they welded parts to hide the damage .when i first got it they didn't even service my truck it was in and out of their shop for 2 or 3 monthsand they just kept hiding the damages..just one thing after another! They sold me a lemon.dont buy from here..horrible experience since day 1..I regret it..

Went to this place in April purchased a Mercedes-Benz 2008 signed paper work and all come to find out they took wrong documents to the rmv to get it registered. The documents they took to get the car registered was a 2010 Mercedes Benz. I came out winning in that part but when it was time to put work in before my 30 day warranty was up they pushing everything to the side to prolong my husband and I went there every single day for two weeks in a half straight asking them to please fix the car. My husband even took it to aamco to get diagnosed n bring them paper work of the things that needed to be fixed. Still nothing very unprofessional. Never will recommend anyone there.

Place is trash don't trust any of the cars the cars driving off the lot things start breaking immediately mechanics are bootleg Mickey Mouse backyard mechanics duct tape and zip ties is what you're going to get if if the car is getting fixed there
