Me and my friends were trying to use the bathroom and my friend needed to go bad and like she was on her monthly thing and she needed to go badly and when we were there we were denied bathroom usage and one of the staff were discriminating us as students and were really rude and when we came back to relax after getting food we were told we couldn't sit for a bit since there was a table but we were told students couldn't sit here despite that we were told to go back to school in a rude way despite we couldn't have access to the bathroom and she held it for so long it hurted her.

Prices are wildly inaccurate from what they’re listed on shelf. Sometimes double. Ongoing problem with new management.
The cashiers and other store workers are excellent and always friendly given what they deal with daily.

On 8/5/2024, I bought a bag of ice . The cashier told me was $4.00. Swiped the card. Sadly I over trusted , didn’t take the receipt. To my surprised , my card showed a charge of $44.00.I was charged $44.00 instead of $4.00. I advice that take your receipts even if is for $1.00. Not trusting K Circle cashiers anymore.

Store owner refused to honor price listed in front of well stocked candy bars. He was very nasty and told me to leave his store. When I asked for a refund of the chicken sandwich I already bought he refused. Don't ever shop at this store!

If I could give a 0 start I would!!! This are the worst pump in Springfield. It's either super slow literally $10 in 15 minutes or If you use your card it will not work at all. The gas price will hardly ever get updated to the current price and you can tell that there are no maintenance services at all on this pump station. It is an ongoing problem they will not fix it and I don't even want to think about the chicken, it's probably old and expired chicken. That is the concept and vibe they give ????

Has disgustingly amount of flies in there. Don't buy the Krispy Krunchy Chicken from here. Nor even go here, the people who work here incompetent. Gas price is also $3.15. Higher than others I've seen

This place is a joke. The ATM has not worked for months. Females are rude. Never a thank you come again. It needs to be cleaned. It's so ugly in there.
