  The customer service sucks! And when you try to remove $4000 out of your account, they tell you it’s a whole process even though I have my debit card with me!! This is the only citizens bank that I have an issue withdrawing amount over $2000!

  Terrible customer service; Especially Nataly. Definitely would not recommend visiting this branch, unknowledgeable, and unprofessional. There’s a reason why this branch has 2.3 stars. They are not trained to deal with customers.

  Came to cash checks and told they don’t have 5 thousand dollars for 1 person to cash a check drawn on them and told to try Walmart? Horrible customer service as well. Very disappointing
