⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Service from Mike at City Tires Springfield, MA!
I want to give a huge thank you to Mike at City Tires for his outstanding customer service and professionalism. I recently had an issue with a damaged lug that happened at the Worcester location, and Mike went above and beyond to make things right.
He handled the situation quickly, took full responsibility, and made sure the repair was done properly and safely. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about customer satisfaction, but Mike exceeded my expectations. His honesty, attention to detail, and commitment to resolving the issue really stood out.
Thanks again, Mike — your dedication turned a frustrating experience into a positive one. I highly recommend City Tires because of employees like you.

I’ve had consistently great experiences here — fast, reliable, and honest service every time. Huge shout-out to Mike, the manager, who always keeps things running smoothly. He’s friendly, efficient, and makes sure everything stays on schedule without ever making you feel rushed.
They do excellent work, offer great prices, and most importantly, never try to upsell you on things you don’t need. It’s refreshing to go to a place where you know you’re getting straightforward, trustworthy service. Definitely my go-to for tires, diagnostics, and anything else that comes up!

It took me longer to write this review than for Brian and City Tire to repair a flat tire with a nail in it. My wife was at the Big E with our young kids and grandparents, and came back to her car with a flat. Late on a Friday, Brian and City Tire took them in and repaired the tire in less than 30 minutes. We are so grateful for their amazing service!

I made an appointment to have two front tires checked to see why losing air, and asked if they charged to look at rear suspension. They said no charge for that. They said no leaks in tires. But replaced valve stems. But the counter guy said my car suspension was rotted completely gone. Wrote in receipt that my car is unsafe to drive! So i was a wreck driving it home. I parked it for the month. Til i could get a mobile mechanic to come look at my car. He said it is Not rotted anywhere! Nothing is broken or falling off! Had some slight surface rust only. I went to get new inspection sticker, and my car passed with no issues. I even asked the inspection station , did you inspect my suspension? They said yes maam. Its mandatory part of inspection. Your car is fine. No issues. So do Not trust them to inspect your suspension or even fix your tires. My tires are still losing air. And i called them back today. They called me a liar! That No way my car past inspection! I said excuse me? And he said to bring it in again so he the manager could inspect the suspension himself. He refused to give me mechanic name who did inspection or the counter guys name who told me my car was unsafe to drive and gave it to me in writing that suspension was rotted away from subframe! Which in fact was Not true at All! Stay away from city tire! The owner commented on my review promised he would look into this. Told me he would call me back in few days. Ya that did Not happen! Its been weeks since i called Owner Andy! Obviously didnt follow thru. I stand by my review- stay away!

I caught 2 bad tires on my flatbed trailer and was up here from Georgia. I delivered the load and slept in my semi Across the street from the shop over night at the Fuel Station. Before 7am Saturday these guys were open at Tackled the issue and had me back on the road Super Fast. Thank you guys Awesome Job

City Tire offered a discount for essential workers during the pandemic and I've been going back ever since. Tire repair, rotation, alignment, purchasing new tires or installation of Tire Rack tires.... All exceeded my expectations. Service is fast. Recommendations based on techs observation are presented, but never forced on me. While waiting today, I saw two other customers leave happy and faster than they expected. It's not just me. This place is great.

Was delivering down the street and noticed a tire wall blow out on one of my drives and some warping on another drive tire. Came here to City Tire and they got me in right away. Professional and most importantly: QUICK!! Mounted my spare and got a NEW tire on the warped position for the price of what other BIG TRUCK STOP Shops charge for just 1 new tire. Would highly recommend if you are in the area!!
5 Star service. 2 tires in and out in less than 45 minutes (probably was closer to 30 mins).
