Applied for loan in June was told I should be approved by the weekend to purchase more equipment for my business. They go on vacation and didn't take care of anything. I had to purchase the equipment out of pocket. I called and left messages and never heard back I get an email in august saying my application is being withdrawn because ita been stagnant for several weeks. ? They already put a hard inquiry on my credit and never updated me if they needed anything from me.

The Linking Digital Advertising training that Kelly and Common Capital has offered is pure marketing gold. I have slowly been putting together targeted marketing materials, something that I had only heard other people talking about but didn't imagine myself having the skills to implement. Attending the course with knowledgeable instructors and subject matter experts that are encouraging and supportive has allowed me to actually produce content based on a customer avatar and deep analysis of needs. I am grateful for the opportunities that this training has provided. Thank you for offering this program and I look forward to other business offerings by Common Capital!

They partner with the MA Small Business Development Center and several other organizations in Western Massachusetts to provide great training and workshops for business owners.
