Brian amazing rep thank you for setting up HBO MAX. first employee ask me if I had max set up. Which I should of since day 1. But Jerry only sold me phone and didn't set up mycricket app or max. Againd Thank you young guy Amazing service A++ For Brian and his knowledge.

I went to the Sumner street store and I had excellent service. I was transferring over from a different provider and it was a complicated process due to my personal needs. Both gentlemen (Jerry and Brian, but especially Jerry) were extremely helpful and explained things so I could understand. Again excellent service and would recommend going to this yore if you have cricket.

10 stars accross the board jerry was absolutely amazing very helpful and extremely easy to talk to and has patience that is unmatched by any customer service rep of any kind took great care of me and at the same time had another customer there with some disability and kept repeating things over and over and he and his teammate never got inpatient i feel jerry definitely leeds by example and anyone thats works with him is fortunate....made the whole experience simple and was able to have me in and out within probably 20min.....He handled everything and i lost nothing from old phone....today is the first day with new phone and it worked great thank u again jerry Very much appreciated 👍👍👍👍👍....This Gentleman is an Amazing asset to your company. I am a business owner myself and i know good help is almost impossible to find these days.

Jerry Garcia is an outstanding employee. He was very helpful with me when I came to Cricket to ask questions about their services and phones. He went above and beyond his job duty to assist me. I'm not phone savvy what so ever and his help was much appreciated.

I feel disgusted with the treatment they gave me because I did not have the full money to take the package and they denied me just the free phone since I was transferring from T-Mobile to Cricket. My understanding was that they give me a free phone when I change but Edgar refused to take the phone because I couldn't get the package that comes with all cover and screen included. I do not recommend that anyone go to this store because of the poor treatment of customers. I'd rather go to Cricket on Main St. They treat customers much better and are very honest. I hope they resolve something because it's not fair.

Was a Verizon customer for 27 years, needed a switch to a new company.
In all honesty, the overall experience from purchasing 2 new phones and a new plan online was an absolute nightmare, but hopefully this review is for the cricket wireless at 754 sumner ave, Brian (an employee at that store) was absolutely AMAZING AND HELPED ME OUT! he actually turned my cricket experience from me being livid, to me being…”meh now. So kudos to Brian! He went above and beyond for me ( the customer) THANKS AGAIN BRIAN!!

Please purchase your next phone at this location, and ask for Jerry. He is the coolest and informative person ,that I had the pleasure of dealing with. He was very smart and professional to me concerning my phone purchase. He was extremely nice and not pushups and always ask for him..He is a GEM and a pleasure to work with getting the right phone. I give Jerry and Cricket eleven stars. .Thxs again Jerryinto selling you a phone. I feel like I hit the jackpot. Jerry was great. I now only purchase Cricket
