A friendly boy attended us but there was a lot of people who were racist because he made us wait 3 hours to give us a medicine and we returned at the indicated time and he did not want to give us the medicine and made excuses, when I had my prescription with my doctor's authorization

Horrible customer service. At times the drive through is 8-10 cars long. At least I can get some groceries I need (and much cheaper) when I use the Big Y pharmacy. I used a prescription app at Big Y and paid $17 for what I pay 36 for at CVS. I don’t know about you but I really need that extra 18 dollars and I’m supporting a local Businesses rather than a national chain at less than half the cost.

I find it unacceptably hostile to not be able to call in and speak directly with pharmacy staff. Not everyone has time to leave a voicemail and wait for a callback. CVS needs to staff appropriately so their team isn't overworked to the point they're unable to field real-time patient calls. You can reach them directly if you represent yourself as a provider, but they're rude and nasty if you do that. No one prioritizes people anymore.

CVS, I love browsing through this store! Some of their products are a bit expensive, but so are a lot of stores today. You can actually save a lot with CVS just by shopping with them with the extra-bucks, extra- care monies they give back, and the many coupons they offer once you start shopping with them.

Pharmacist who returned my phone call was very rude and short with me, I wish I could tell you her name but she didn’t even have the decency to greet me with it. Every time someone answers when I call it’s her and she is unbelievably rude and has no customer service skills whatsoever.

I love this CVS. Victor and Danny are so personable and always have a smile. The store is always clean and not cluttered like others. They always have what I need in stock. On the rare occasions when they are out of stock for an item I want, they will call other stores to locate it for me. The Saint James Avenue store is by far my favorite.

Hussein hey CVS pharmacy was so disrespectful over a mixup in medication he could not care less. The conversation with him was very loud and embarrassing. He’s the worst type of employee employee to deal with being a patient very sad never been treated like this by pharmacist in my life and I’m almost 50 years old. Honestly I have used this pharmacy for far too long already. Terrible service, and not from the employees but CVS itself. After waiting through an entire line when I was there long before I was turned away right as I approached the front for the pharmacy break. Completely inconsiderate especially since it was never even mentioned in line. The drive through is always overcrowded and inside is even worse. Half the store is locked away and you need an associate to get anything. Embarrassing.
