Im convinced this is the worst pharmacy in the country maybe on the planet. My script was sent before noon on Friday, no word the whole weekend so i call on monday. Not only is there no person to talk to, the automated phone system seems like it was developed by toddlers and goes no where helpful. I get a call back a little later to be told my script will be ready at 2:30. My script is SIX PILLS. It takes them 3 days to put 6 pills in a bottle and apparently they cant even think about starting that ever so daunting process until i call there outdated automated phone system to check the status. You are all horrible at your jobs and should look into a new profession, maybe watching paint dry is more your speed.

My boyfriend had pneumonia and his prescriptions were sent to the wrong pharmacy. I called CVS to answer them and really wanted to pick them up tonight (it’s Sunday), and they close early at 6pm. Thankfully I spoke to the pharmacist and he told me he would get them transferred and filled within an hour-and he did. He was so kind. He even called me back, and let me know he found my boyfriend’s insurance (he just moved states) and asked me for his phone number and even told me how much it would cost as he was filling them. He so super nice and helpful!! I’m so thankful because now my boyfriend can start his meds and hopefully start feeling better sooner now! Thanks to that kind pharmacist!

Just one customer service person in the store, article bought online got cancelled because they did not have the product in stock and I lost my 10 bucks cupon online in the cancelled article. Had to change the product and buy another one. The service person helped me find what I was looking for.

They never have any of the products. It is a basic drug store, and I can never find facial tissues. The cold and flu aisle is sorry, sad they have no product they never do. CVS is definitely gone straight down the toilet

CVS I am disappointed! How is it possible that after 2 days of waiting for medication for my child, when finally it's ready, I go and pick it up and the system is down. The pharmacist says it can take hours or days to get fixed and I can't get the medication.

Hi folks today i hear in vivo a possessional. Melinda's pharmacist is rude, insoportable. The lack of professionalism in Parker Street Springfield Massachusetts is highly ?... This woman used her job for ventilated her emotional crisis. So sad of her behavior...Melinda's if you are not prepared for this job quick... we no need your aggressive behavior or possession behavior.

I work for CVS prescription delivery partners. I went to this store to pickup two time sensitive prescriptions for delivery. Unfortunately I was welcomed by a unprofessional pharmacy manager in a rude way. She did not handed over me prescriptions for almost two hours while I was standing in the store. On the other hand she was threatening me to call the cops because I asked her twice why she is not handing over me the prescriptions (All this time my company's customer service representative was on phone and waiting to get her reply about not giving me prescriptions). Finally I requested an other employee from the store to talk to her and help me get prescriptions. Not because I'll be getting few dollars for the delivery but I was really concerned about the prescriptions for the patient. Pharmacy manager kept the prescriptions on her desk for 2 hours without any reason except her attitude. I humbly request CVS management please do not give authority or power to these kind of selfish and unprofessional people. I also request customers please do not go to this CVS store if you really concern about you and your family's health.

I went to the pharmacy now and one of the employees didn't look well, he looked sick and walked as if his body hurt. That's not fair that they work for them, they are also human and they have no consideration for their employees.
