Number one dirty barely have any inventory and online says open till 10 pm but they always closed by 8 they should fix the time on Google maps

Employees are happy ? good service. Parking lot is not safe it's dark minimal lighting. I was approached by a guy who wanted to fight with me . Unknown why , he started uttering fighting word at me . Then he hide behind his white SUV as if he was waiting for me to come around the corner. Here's the Kicker I don't know him and I haven't had any problems with anyone that would warrant an altecation or fight of that magnitud , or road rage for that matter . The big question is WHY..

I went today and didn’t had enough money some cashier named carol just had an attitude don’t recommend this dollar tree at all costumer service bad 0/10 while other were patient she just wanted to go home and finish her job asap, please don’t hire people like this never again….

Meh, it's an ok dollar tree. I expected more being that it's a relatively new dollar tree. The parking lot arrangement is odd, with somewhat limited parking. The store inside is kind of a mess. Decent amount of stock. The shelves are unkempt, as seems to be the case with most dollar stores in the area, altho they were better kept up then most. I probably won't be back to this one.

Ok, I live one corner from the store, when it started it was very good, now you go and I never find anything I want, the toilet paper is never there, there is no brand name dish soap, no good deodorants, no Pepsi soda either ? I realized One day I went and there was a lady from India with a cart and she told the cashier to sell her all the products. It seems that the lady from India has a store and in that Allen Street store they sell all the products to one person. person also the other day I saw some men buying all the boxes of paint brushes and they didn't leave even one and I think that's not right because we customers also want to buy, plus they steal a lot?the only store that I think is the best is the one that It is in East Longmeadow, it is the best, it has everything, nothing is ever missing and the best thing is that thieves do not come in to steal, it is always very orderly and clean, not like the others, always littered everywhere and very poor in quality of products?? the one in East Longmeadow It's further away but I'll go to that one better, the bosses should take a look at the one on Allen street and put things in order. It's pretty bad??

On 4/16/2023 I frequented this store in Springfield, MA 383 Allen Street. A quick 2 minute errand turned dangerous really quickly!!! I simply wanted to exchange my unsafe food product for a food product that was properly sealed and free of contaminants. The nameless supervisor quickly told me we don’t do that here! When showing the unsafe food product to the supervisor she insisted that all crackers come like this. Hot gun glue with tape and corners of box opened. When asked for a refund I was denied. When asking for the name of the supervisor she quickly said I’m not giving you that. She also had no name badge present. The supervisor was a Hispanic or mixed breed female with 2 black cornrows and the ends of her hair a pale green color. When asked who is the area director for this branch I was told I’m not telling you that. When asked who do I talk to about this matter she said corporate. When asked what is the phone number to corporate she told me to go look it up. The black female cashier with red wig stated that she cashed my husband out with the contaminated food Items and did not give him a receipt. I asked the supervisor if this is store policy to provide customers with contaminated food and no receipt. The employee whom I was not even speaking to leaves from cashing out customers and began to throw her hands aggressively as if she was ready to fight. A fellow customer had to come by to stop the black woman with red wig from trying to attack me. While the supervisor just stood there and watched!!! When I exclaimed your employee never gave me a receipt and I don’t have the number to corporate she said oh well. Then she must have remembered she had to provide me a receipt for goods purchased so she reluctantly printed me a receipt and left for 10 minutes. She then gave me a paper with a unverifiable phone number and symbols. I had to ask her repeatedly please tell me what you wrote because there are a bunch of symbols on this paper. Again after another 7 minutes of banter she finally provided the correct number. I feel very unsafe and intimidated. I do not want any interaction with these individuals outside of this store with no names I was unable to press charges individually on the woman that tried to attack me. I will be seeking legal counsel! No one deserves to be physically threatened due to not wanting to have to pay for unsafe food products. Especially from employees! I could have been very irate but I kept my cool and I did not deserve to treatment I received!!
