Wilbraham road Springfield Massachusetts stores big, clean, friendly faces, and always finds something good. Shelves are always stocked. Today I saw these WOW $5.00 only I enjoy coming to this one 💯

Was next in line with 11 items up on the belt. A line behind me. Someone from the back comes up. Flips off the cashiers light and tells him he needs to go on break “right now”. Kid literally closes out and tells us we need to move to the other open line which had people in line. So had to pick up and juggle my 11 items and the line behind me to the other open lane and wait AGAIN to be cashed out. Arrogant personality on the woman who did it. Literally no consideration for anyone in line who already waited. 3 people in the front end doing nothing in the office but have no problem barking orders and causing inconveniences like she’s a head honcho. Won’t be back here 😘 ✌🏽
