Place on East Columbus Ave spfld, dirty appearance and terrible customer service when the customer is unhappy. Call center who tried helping to me said everything was all set and not to worry but in person the office told me call center "has no authority to make any changes" eventhough they see the notes. I'd suggest not using them, that's defefinatly it for me! If I could give no stars I would!

Made a reservation, walked all the way here, and then was told there were no available cars (at least eight—ten in the parking lot but was told those are “already spoken for”)There’s a second enterprise nearby (fifteen minutes or so on Columbus Road), who seem much more knowledgeable, polite, and professional, and I would strongly recommend you go there instead.Good luck if you choose this particular location though ?

They pulled the old bait and switch to bamboozle me. On the phone I was told I'd be getting a full size sedan. The person on the phone said they couldn't promise an exact vehicle, but that it would be a full size sedan "something like a Volkswagen Jetta or a Toyota Camry, possibly even a Toyota Avalon" were their exact words. I get there and they give me a kia sol and say it's the only car they really have available. If this wasn't set up already through my insurance company, I would have just left and dealt with a different rental car company. I definitely won't pick enterprise again.

Great people. Great service. Did not like the van. Some of the fees are getting a bit much.(extra driver). Especially after renting on a regular basis (sometimes 2 vehicles/ 2 times a week) for about 15 years. Used to be more of a family business that made customers feel as such.

Lara gave us the best customer service. We were going on a long road trip and started from another Enterprise in a car that wasn’t very suitable for such long driving. Lara helped us get into a much more comfortable vehicle, better than we could’ve hoped for. Plus she was enthusiastic, helpful, cheerful, and very eager to help us out! Thanks, Lara!

I have rented a car from this location multiple times, and each time I have a wonderful experience. I recently rented a car this week and have to give a big shout-out to Rob for his customer service! Definitely the best enterprise in the area.

Springfield,MA.Boston Rd. BranchBeyond Professional Service there!! Went there on 7/15/23 around 11am to pick up my car I reserved. 2 young guys behind the counter, didn’t catch the names of these guys but All I can say is these employees deserve a raise!!!! I witnessed several customers swearing at the employees there and they seem to catch ALL the Shrapnel!!And they STILL acted totally Professional with these maniacs!! I Totally recommend going to this Branch! I will definitely be going there for my next rental!

The car that I reserved was not available and according to the associate at the desk it would be back from maintenance (oil change) in about an hour -- implying that I could just sit and wait. I said that was not acceptable. He then said they would give me a free upgrade to a SUV. I agreed. The SUV reeked of cigarette smoke. I pointed it out to the associate, and he apologized. I had no recourse other than to accept the vehicle.Not specific to this rental, but I hate the "return with gas to the level it was when you picked it up" policy. Nobody has been able to give me specific directions on how to do that. Since it is illegal to pump gas while the vehicle is running maybe they want me to pump a few gallons, restart the vehicle, check the gas gauge. If under, turn the vehicle off, put my CC back in the pump and pump a couple of more gallons. Repeat until the level is correct. All while the person in line behind me gets upset. Personally, I think it is a scam as most people will overfill to avoid the high fuel charge. Thus, with each return the vehicle comes back with more fuel.

They cancelled reservation when I showed up for my vehicle. I received a confirmation email and never a notice of any cancellation. I showed up to get the car and they said they had none available. Wouldn't recommend going to this location.
