I have been using Erica’s tax services for multiple years to do my taxes. This will probably be my fourth year. My first and second year she took a look at what I was making and gave me great advice as to how to re-allocate my money to do better for me moving forward.
Guess what? Her advice absolutely paid off, and after my fourth year with her, my unique circumstances (with her guidance) found all of my taxes paid and even getting a sizable refund!
I can’t recommend Erica more than enough as a tax professional! She is not only respectful as she speaks with you, but if you email her, she is available for tax advice, all year-round! I can literally email her in July asking for advice about how to manipulate my taxes to be the best for me, and she will get back to me like I’m some sort of VIP customer!
I work in retail sales, specifically on commission with additional ways I get paid, very complicated when it comes down to taxes. There is no way in hell I would trust TurboTax over her. She will take care of you, and just like myself in my career, she will be there for her customer after the sale.
Trust Erica! She has your best interest in mind

Erica was super efficient and helpful...we got our refund within the week. A few quick questions was all it took. Affordable priced and extremely efficient. I will be going through her every year!
