Terrible cervio very high the bills and the customer service are very angry and not friendly terrible service I don't recommend it

Power been out for over 24 hours 0 snow or accumulation whatsoever. There has been 0 communication between them and us. To be determined 24 hours later is unacceptable. No wonder it's rated 1. Wish there were alternatives.

Website is so slow. Maybe because millions of users need to access it.
