We had a wonderful experience with Ryan, who was incredibly helpful and very responsive. My child and I were looking for a good piano that 1) has the action of an acoustic piano, 2) does not need to be periodically tuned, and 3) will both help a young child learn the necessary technique and be good enough should said child become a good pianist. As all parents know, it is hard to find a lot of time to do proper research before making a big purchase, so we walked in with limited information and hoped for the best. Lucky for us, Ryan was really knowledgeable. He gave us the pros and cons of different types of pianos and made a great recommendation at a reasonable price. The entire process was quick, smooth, and pleasant. We have had several professional pianists come and assess the piano. They all confirmed what Ryan told us and congratulated us on a wonderful instrument. Furthermore, when the piano needed a minor adjustment, we were able to quickly reach out to Ryan and he took care of everything.I feel quite fortunate and grateful that we had Ryan's invaluable help in this entire process.

Such a great experience shopping for a piano. We were there for hours asking questions and trying out different pianos. Ryan was so patient and kind through the whole process. We had gotten a recommendation to go there. We are so glad we took the recommendation. We love our new piano. So much so, our grandson said we should give it a name???!

My husband signed me up for piano lessons as a gift with a Groupon. I went there in person to schedule my first lesson and made it very clear that it was to be three days away. When I came in for the first appointment, the teacher didn't show up, the staff didn't even apologize and told me to come back in a week. When I finally got to my first lesson with Julia, it went smoothly. She seems knowledgeable and knows how to explain piano. At my second lesson, a nice young man substituted for Julia. He has no business trying to teach anything. He spent the whole 30 minutes hemming and hawing and I learned absolutely nothing. I didn't complain because I pitied the child for being put in the role of a teacher when he is clearly unable to handle it. I had to cancel my third lesson due to a work trip, and I made sure to give Falcetti's more than 24 hours notice as required (or be charged $25). Now they tell me that my third lesson will be my last because all four Groupon lessons must be taken consecutively. When I objected that the person who took my cancellation never informed me of that, the staff member told me to check the small print. If this is Falcetti's method of building business, they are really bad business people.

Had to have 2 pianos, one organ moved from one location to 3 different ones, one of which was out of state. The movers were exceptional in their care of the instruments and were able to skillfully navigate one of the pieces through a very narrow entryway. Impressive in every way and truly warm and caring people. The best.

WORST PLACE EVER!!!! BEWARE Never do the competition that thy offer because it's rigged I observed the violin competition and a girl that was extremely skilled lost to 10 year olds that didn't know how to play. How awful. The business owners are even telling kids that they would get gift cards if they write good reviews. That's very peculiar and the people who always won were friends or related to the business it's awful. They also push you to buy books and I've heard the people at the counter make fun of the little kids taking lessons or running around. Horrible business and environment for children.

Brought my fiddle in for repairs. Two broken pegs and all 4 stings to be replaced. $62.00 for the strings, my choice, the best strings they have. $80.00 to repair and tune her in. She was way out of tune. Ended up breaking a string right off the bat. Didn't even tried tuning in the other 3 strings out of fear of breaking them too. Bunch of clowns. Needless to say I'll never go back there again for anything. Gerrys Music in South Hadley is much better.

I've been going to Falcetti for about 10 years now and they're awesome! The staff is very friendly and helpful, their prices are fair, and they have a pretty good selection of gear and accessories. I used to take lessons from them, and their lesson instructors are top notch and will go out of their way to make sure you get the most out of every lesson. They really work to help you develop as a musician. Also, the salesmen are really chill and won't try to oversell you on anything (unlike some other music shops). They'll let you play anything you want for however long you want. They're also incredibly knowledgable about their instruments. If you need anything music go to Falcetti!

Both of my kids took lessons here. The teachers were very good. The rest of the staff leaves a lot to be desired. They are not at all customer oriented and still act as if they are doing you a favor by allowing you to take lessons there. There is no way to make up a lesson if your kid has to miss one. Their theory is that you pay for a month and some months you get an "extra" lesson. Unless your kid is never sick and you never take vacation, this works out in their favor not yours. My advice is take lessons elsewhere where your business will be appreciated.
