Staff have been friendly and helpful both times I've been here.
However, the parking situation is atrocious. I've had to pay for a parking garage 1/4 mile away both times. Having to carry 10 packages through 2 doors without automatic opening is an offense to customers. The staff were helpful and allowed me to use a cart on my second walk to my vehicle.

Fed Ex emailed me concerning my delivery four days ago Monday 20th. I was at work when they arrived at my address by 10:36am in the morning meanwhile i was notify earlier that my package will be deliver by 2pm on that same day so I quickly rush home to check by quarter to 2pm unfortunately for me I didn't meet anyone and I tracked the package and it says delivered and received by myself. I can't still find my package until 💔💔

Extremely dissatisfied with the service at this FedEx pickup location. Despite providing tracking info and explaining we're a business, they refused to release packages to our staff without the ID of the named person, even though FedEx delivers to our office without asking for ID. The employee was rude and unhelpful. This has disrupted our workflow significantly. Terrible service for business accounts.

I use this location to drop off business package to send out, it is very closer to my workplace and convenience. The only concern that I have is the parking, most of the time it's difficult because there's never a close parking spot on the street, otherwise the service is fast and efficient.

Ive been trying to remember to to call out good service when I get it to offset all the complaints. Anyway, I showed up 8 minutes before closing time and had a shipment that UPS had been unable to help me with.Amyah was nice and helpful and never acted annoyed at all that I dumped this on her right before they closed.And she handled everything quickly and at half the price UPS wanted.

Terrible I go in to get 2 colored copies The woman started off nice she assisted me through the whole process showed me the website walk me through the whole process and failed to mention that they hold your card $10 just to do a copy on the debit card Because had she told me that I would’ve paid cash I called back her whole energy changes and she tells me that information is in front of you it says it on the paper instructions well I didn’t spend time reading the paper like I said she walk me through the whole ordeal she walk me the whole process of print copy and I’ll call the back and I just let her know that you failed to tell me that that would if that was my last $10 do you understand me what if I was stranded what if I needed it for gas she failed to disclose that information so for that that’s terrible customer service for me refund my money
