Had an appt at 2p. Was there a month or two to get tires. Since the tires were put on, the tire indicator light was on. Car was also shaking when I was breaking, they took my car in the garage after 3p. A little before 4p, she told me mechanic didn’t feel shaking. Both of my sons also felt it. She the told me I needed back break pads. I asked if they could check to make sure tires were balanced correctly from the last time I was there. She said they could do the balance. I said no… only if it needs it (hence they didn’t do it right the first time). I asked how long it would take. She said about an hour. I walked to store and came back for 5p. My car still didn’t have back tires on it. Now it’s 3 hours after my appt time. Even the walk-in customers are gone. So I clearly was upset and asked the man why is my car not done. He said the delivered the wrong break pads. Like it was no big deal. He told me they were open until 7p. So I responded if I’m going to be here until then, put me behind a register, so I can get paid. He walked away. About 30 minutes later the girl told me they’re going to give me 75. Off my bill for waiting…. At 6p my car was ready. I paid for break pads, rotors I didn’t know I needed, and my tires balanced again should have been done when I got the tires and paid for it then. So even with the 75. Off I paid almost 600. And 4 hours of my time. I was a trustful loyal customer to Firestone and so is my son. They just lost that. Plenty of places will be grateful to have a loyal customer

Five stars! Brandon and Crystal are the most accommodating and professional individuals in this industry. Respectful, honest and compassionate. The quality of work is beyond compare. Please stop in for nothing less than a tire repair.

This place is a fraudulent, predatory business that survives by scamming customers. Years ago, they tried to rip me off, and after a fight, I got my money back. I swore I’d never return. Unfortunately, my partner—unaware of their shady history—brought my car in for a diagnostic, and they scammed me AGAIN.
My alternator was dead, but instead of diagnosing the real issue, they falsely claimed my brand-new battery was also dead. Then they refused to even check the alternator unless I paid for a battery I didn’t need. When I declined, they still charged me for the diagnostic—despite the fact that they LIED about the battery and didn’t even check the alternator.
I took my car somewhere reputable, and—surprise!—the battery was perfectly fine. The only issue was the alternator, exactly what I suspected in the first place.
I didn’t even bother talking to the manager at this location because I don’t trust a word that comes out of their mouth. Instead, I went straight to corporate. And now? I’m stuck in an endless loop of “escalations” with no resolution. They promise callbacks that never come, and I have to chase them down over and over. I’m made 3 calls and still don’t have my money back.
This company is built on deception and shady tactics. They will take your money, lie to your face, and then ignore you when you try to hold them accountable. Stay far away.

Brian and his team are the best. My daughters vehicle needed a new battery and it's located behind her passenger seat (which has a broken motor to raise the seat.) Brian was pleasent on the phone and told us to come by today.
The battery was installed without issue and we were on our way just short of an hour.
I normally tend to stay away from big box auto repair, but after this experience won't hesitate to go back.

I scheduled an appointment for my car at 11 am dropped it off at 11 called them they said my car was next in line called them at 3 pm they said they would call me in 20 minutes it’s almost done at 4pm I called back they said they were going to finish up . I headed there can you imagine that they didn’t even work on my car from 11am to 6pm . VERY DISAPPOINTED AND DISAPPOINTED

Somehow, my review got deleted from a couple years ago, so I just wanted to to post again about how I had a Firestone card for multiple years and trusted the services provided by Firestone and their staff. All the Front desk people make commission off of selling stuff that you definitely don’t need. Two years later. None of the stuff that they recommended has been replaced and the van still operating perfect. Do yourself a favor and find a local shop that does not make money off of up selling stuff that you don’t need. Will never use them again. They are terrible!!

Stay away from this place i went to get something fix and they try to tell me i needed some other Job that was going to cost over 1000 dóllars. Líes brought my car to a diffrent shop and the problem was fix with no issues at a way better price. They love to over charge. STAY AWAY

Bryan and his team are very professional. When asked how long a repair will take, they give you a reasonable time line. I like the written estimates and there are no surprises.
