I had the opportunity to speak with the owner, who was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. I also called the store on the morning of July 31 and spoke with a wonderful lady who was equally charming, friendly, and professional.
My flight was delayed, so my dad picked up the flowers on my behalf. He was very impressed with both the beautiful arrangement and the outstanding customer service.
