“I cannot say enough about Lisa, the owner of The Gilded Lily. I ordered flowers for my daughter; I mistakenly had the wrong address. The flowers were accepted at the wrong address, so my daughter did not receive them. I called and explained the situation to Lisa. She was empathetic and kind enough to send another arrangement to my daughter at the correct address. The flowers were beautiful.”
