My daughter bought me Cape Cod bracelet 8 years ago at Hanoush Jewelers! I had noticed it had a bend in it and it was what I thought was cracked! They did say it was cracked and wanted to charge me $600!! I slept in it and told them not to touch it, picked it up and brought it to Gold Trader and The Diamond Shop on 1360 Allen St. Springfield! Spoke to Mike he showed it to his jeweler. It was not cracked charged $45! If you ever want good quality Jewelry Please go there! Their Kindness is Overwhelming!!

If I could give them 10 Stars I would! It was a great experience from start to finish. They were very polite and had great personalities. The whole process was explained to me as it was my first time there. I was surprised at the patience he had as he disentangle the mess of chains I brought in. I did browse through the jewelry for sale, their prices are fair and they have a nice selection, plus they do repairs and watch batteries. I was also surprised at the amount of money I received for the few items I brought in! I would definitely go back there whether I had something to sell or I needed a gift or wanted to buy some jewelry for myself or had repairs. I'm so glad I made the trip there!

All of the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. David spent A LOT of time with us, and made sure we were happy with all of our choices. This is a reputable jewelry store with nice inventory and excellent customer service.

Where do I begin, this is my third interaction dealing with MIKE. Everyone else is helpful but for some reason when I deal with him. He talks to me very condescending. Asking him a quwstion about things I dont know is him making me feel stupid for not kniwin.. Well he is the expert. I wanted to buy lose gems but wanted to know what he had . He gave me a very very condescending answer. I will never ever go there ever ever again..Thanks MIKE FOR NOTHING
