I have a monthly pass and would visit several Golden Nozzle locations frequently. Two weeks ago I went through this location for the first time and they completely broke the back windshield wiper off my car. I immediately filled out an incident report and have still not been contacted back despite me trying to reach out several times.

State of the art automatic car wash, with vacuuming and air compressor (to remove lingering water dropplets) available for use after the wash. Subscribing monthly well worth the price.

Very inconsistent service companywide, No one ever answers the phone to address customer complaints or issues. I canceled my pass over three weeks ago. My card got charged again for some reason. Zero accountability, which is sad in a customer service based in industry

0 stars I just left there and unfortunately we came to have the car cleaned on the outside and when we went through the tunnel there was a very rude boy who yelled and screamed. He didn't do his job and unfortunately he didn't wash like he was supposed to, at this moment we are Washing on our own we definitely lost money.☝️

I was originally going to have my car detailed at this other place and the charge was going to be like $250 or $300... I took my car here. I got a wash and a detail for 70 bucks, came out great. The car looked amazing. Tires were shiny. All the leather was perfect. All my floor mats were perfect. Everything was just incredible inside. It looked like a new car. For the money I was like wow! They really went above and beyond.
