In the past 14 days, I rented a U-Haul truck 3 times. I returned it each time exactly where the gas was marked. Unfortunately I did not take a picture before because my other two experiences were great. I went 14 miles for the whole trip and at this location they charged me 3 gallons of gas at $5 dollars a gallon. I returned it at exactly the same mark as I received it by putting 1 gallon in myself before returning. They rip you off. I will be switching to Penske for my next 7 trips I need this month.

I had used this place back in 2019 so I called for assistance booking a truck this year and Patrick was more than helpful and assisted in locating a truck nearest to my location and I had to call again for a hitch and he was able to locate that for me as well. I definitely recommend him.

I had a great experience with booking a U-haul Truck at Howard Motors and I will be using them again. Right on the End of State St before it turns into Boston Rd. Less Mileage than the Boston Rd location if you Live in the State St area. Cool, Humble Guy! They will accept Cash...I rated it a 3 because I have never used the Car Services, but The Family owned business has been there for over 20 years and thats saying something for these days and times... Bless on Howard Motors..

Be careful. surprised U-haul does business with this horrible customer service guy. Who hung up when I asked him a simple question. why he keeps charging the credit card on file over and over. This place is a scam be careful giving him a credit card. I think he uses it over and over. Horrible place and service. Lets not talk about the cars he has on the lot many of them with check engine lights. who the hell wants to buy from them. Surprise they are still in service. will report them to the BBB.
