My tax preparer, Sharon Jackson, was professional, courteous, respectful, and listened to my comments (concerns, observations). She didn't rush the process despite having to meet at a later time due to the change to my schedule. I went to H&R Block on Cooley St. in Springfield, MA. The cost to prepare is why I haven't rated this as "five stars".

Nathalie was very helpful and walked me through every process. She even showed interest in additional information to help benefit my taxes. She even looked out for any additional penalties I could avoid moving forward.

I have been filing taxes with H & R Block all my working years and never had any problems. The people I have worked with always knowledgeable and helped me save where I could.

Be prepared to show up and find that you don’t have an appointment. Even called in morning before appointment to confirm. Showed up and they said that my husband missed his appointment last week and they called to tell him, no history of any call and the date was on my wall calendar. Complete BS. We have been using this location every year so they have his correct number. Thanks for ruining our snow day today HR block, see you never!

Quick turnaround, but the price was much higher than expected (almost $300.00) and wasn't told how much it was going to be until I went to pay for it. In the past it has only been about $130.00
