This is my first time shopping at an Insa location. Pretty standard experience… Many of the associates were disengaged… When we walked in, we were not greeted or told to provide an ID because the associates (3 of them) were too busy talking to each other about something happening within the store. There was even, a fourth person in the check-in area who was simply sitting there looking at videos on her phone… I can't even imagine what their payroll must look like! Anyway, the in-store experience was OK… We did get approached by a customer service person and they did help us make some selections. That said, the things that we really wanted they were completely out of and are in fact no longer carrying. The set up inside is really nice and the visuals have a very good impact. Overall, it was a standard/OK experience but nothing that would really entice me to come back for a second round.

Great location off and on the highway staff is very intelligent about the products they carry and certainly are helpful and they never seem to be out of product. Unlike a lot of Connecticut facilities. I have a medical card for neuropathy so it's nice to have a choice.

Very friendly staff. But the bud needs to be flushed better. Literally every type of insa pre roll is harsh. Very coughy and burny compared to other places. Usually a sign of chemicals still present.

I used to come here and I have to say in general great place right but the extent to which my opinion of them devolved today I like to express. Had an issue with their financial institution Dutchie that they use. According to them they were unable to charge me when I made the purchase. But yet I went and picked up the product. They kept trying to charge me and 2 months later were successful. Talking to both customer service from dutchy and calling Insa twice they were extremely rude very dismissive and condescending. I highly do not recommend you visit this company . Go to Fine Fettle, it's about 5 minutes away they're amazing The customer service is top notch. They're not pretentious, or heartless.

I just so happened to deliver a few things for instacart in Springfield ma and decided to check out INsa cannabis dispensary and couldn’t have made a better decision. I was immediately greeted at the front for id and the guy working was super friendly and amazing and then I was talked to by this lady and I didn’t get her name unfortunately but she was the most knowledgeable friendly funny person and we had many laughs I was just overall super impressed that’s actually an understatement.. definitely #1 . I’d appreciate if possibly if you could let the staff know that on Tuesday August 13th 2024 at 9:22pm I checked out so I don’t have names but I’m hoping that knowing the time and day and date you can see who was working and let them know there an amazing team and staff . I will be sending my family and friends to you guys for sure . Thank you it’s so nice to see smiling friendly people even the customers were cool but yeah ?? great experience it honestly doesn’t happen often anymore unfortunately.. ??☮️??
