I love coming to the threading club. The woman who work here recognize me and know what services I like, and do an excellent job. I come here exclusively. Also love that their East Longmeadow location is close to other shopping so I can do many things nearby while I'm out. Definitely give them a try!

Waited for 20 minutes, the lady took the customer she already had up to the desk, they were chatting about other things and then proceeded to go on a phone call. And said nothing to me, so I left. Really disappointed and wasted my time

I come every other week for eyelash extensions, they do an amazing job! So professional, very clean, so so nice they make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in the door! They offer so many different options like waxing, tanning, threading, ect. The prices are sooo good very manageable. I will continue to come regularly ❤️

I'm giving this place 2 stars because they are unprofessional nothing ever runs the way that it supposed to. I would give one star but one employee actually worked how she was supposed to until she decided to stop as well. Who is the owner of this establishment? They need to be reported I've had two things happen to me. One woman almost took half my eyebrow off and the other told me to stop talking to her. I still was told to pay for the bad eyebrow service. I also was told that I would get serviced and didn't. Bad business

I had a great experience my first time here. My brows looked amazing. I decided to come back recently to get them done again. The technician I had the first time wasn't present so an older lady did them for me. The experience was more painful than usual,which I found odd. When I came home and took a closer look in the mirror, there were two small cuts under one of my brows!

Excellent eyebrow threading. I travel a lot for work and found the threading club is a safe, great place to get my eyebrows done. The best part is the ladies here are fast and their work is exceptional! Will definitely make this place a "go-to" when I'm here in CT.

They do a great job threading my eyebrows.... I had them dyed as well, perfect!!! Very clean shop and friendly people. Highly recommend!!

I have started going to the threading club to get my eyebrows done. I have found my new favorite threading placee. My technician was thorough without making my brows super thin. Shhe is fríe endly and professional. I hope mmore people try tHreading as opposed to waxing. It's fast and clean without too much skin irritations
