I’ve been taking my wife’s Mercedes Benz and my daughter’s Audi for servicing for the past 3 years. They do a great job and very friendly. Awesome customers service from front of the house to the back of the house. I will always use their services. Great price better than the dealership. I will recommend it. Keep up with the good work. Marybeth, John, and the whole team at J.E. Robison are honest, knowledgable and they do a great job. I brought my recently purchased Land Rover from Carvana and it had a bunch of issues. They assisted in making sure the car was ready to drive, and even dealt with the insurance for me, I never had to lift a finger.

John and his crew are second to none. I brought them my 1984 Land Rover Series III I recently purchased, and they were thorough and honest about what needed to be repaired immediately and what could wait. I feel fortunate to live in western MA with access to such knowledgeable and highly skilled professionals. I would not consider going anywhere else for work on this vehicle.

J.E. Robison went over the car bumper to bumper, doing all necessary repairs, Maribeth kept me informed of work that was needed and there were no surprises. I couldn't be more pleased with the way the car is running and the professionalism shown

Found problem with oil and gas misting into engine compartment and onto the car wings. This was corrected by rerouting hoses to where they should have been.

Excellent customer service. I had my brake system rebuilt on my 2009 MB C300. J.E Robison uses genuine MB parts and completed the job for less than the MB dealership wanted. They do the job right the first time. No problems or issues.
