I went there for an oil change and assumed it was gonna be awhile. I was definitely wrong. They did the service quick and they close at 4p on Sunday. I came back 30 minutes after closing without realizing, but Miguel and his were great and very understanding. I thank you so much and will be returning. Your kindness is appreciated and my car is running great!!

I always go to the Boston Road Jiffy Lube for all my services. Kenny is consistently quick to greet customers and very warm and welcoming. Today specifically I worked with Joey, who took the time to explain what I was getting at my service, and what they recommended to keep my car running smoothly. I have always used Jiffy Lube, when I was at 15k miles and now that I’m at 190k with no major issues. Thank you all!

Absolutely the worst decision I ever made to bring my car there. Had an oil change and then my oil started to leak that day. When I returned they said it must have been leaking before hand( no note on my receipt saying that) Told me I was on my own they win a million lawsuits like that and hung up... NEVER go there and I have called the number below 5 times, no call back yet... THE WORST!!!!!

SCAM ALERT!!! This location is completely dishonest! The mechanic Wolf in particular came in batting his eyes all smiley with a mission so save me from what he called an “bad accident waiting to happen ” because my brake pads were so low the left rare even rubbing metal to metal. He stated my tire could go flying off at any moment. $750 is what I was quoted for my little 2012 car. Well my legit certified 30+ years in business longtime mechanic shop had just fixed my axel and other work. I declined the $750 Jiffy Lube service at which Wolf’s entire demeanor changed to completely dismissive. The worst part is when I went to get in my vehicle they already had it prepared to fix the brakes! I had to tell them I was leaving and to not start that work. I brought my car right back to the mechanic who put my car up immediately and showed me the condition of my brakes which were totally fine! Unfortunately I did not get a print out of what they claimed was wrong in order for me to bring it straight to an attorney with photos from my mechanic. I would never recommend this location.

The team at Jiffy Lube is exceptional! Everyone is very professional. Kenny, the greeter, is so nice. They were able to get a part sent over for a broken rear windshield wiper assembly. They did an oil change, spark plugs and the windshield wiper. I needed all of this done so I could get my inspection sticker. Thanks guys, much appreciated! They even let me know where to get coupons for the services.

Boston Road Jiffy Lube 👎🏻 Tried to overcharge me $50 disposal fee and couldn’t explain why. Then when I asked for the reason, they were disrespectful and loud, then I had to pay twice and I’m waiting for a refund for the first total(overcharge)…Buyer Beware and please pay attention. Scammers! Jiffy Lube 👎🏻

Jiffy Lube, Boston Road, left me with a profoundly disappointing experience that spanned multiple weeks and included poor communication, unresolved billing issues, and unprofessional behavior.
I initially visited for an oil change and tire rotation. During the service, there was visible tension among the employees, culminating in an argument that appeared to be related to how my vehicle was serviced—specifically concerning lifting it for the tire rotation. This was especially concerning since I had just had the passenger-side tires swapped at Costco due to pothole damage, and I had informed the Jiffy Lube technician of the prior work. Despite only rotating two tires, they charged me for a full rotation.
In response to the argument among employees, the technician removed $15 from my bill as a gesture of customer service. However, the lack of transparency about what had transpired left me uneasy, especially when the technician vaguely blamed the issue on another employee’s personality and stated that he had been sent home. To make matters worse, the technician forgot to apply a $35 coupon during the initial transaction. When I reminded him, he reran the transaction but failed to include both the $15 discount and the coupon on the revised charge. Instead, both transactions appeared on my credit card as completed charges.
Eight days later, after noticing both charges still active on my account, I returned to the location to request a refund for the erroneous charge. I was promised a callback the next day but received none. I was also given a number to call, but when I tried, the line stated that business hours were Monday through Friday from 9-5, yet no one answered, and voicemail was unavailable. At this point, my patience was wearing thin.
By Day 13, the charge still remained unresolved. Frustrated, I returned to the location and spoke with the customer service manager, which unfortunately became an even more unpleasant experience. Instead of listening and addressing my concerns calmly, the manager interrupted me multiple times, offering defensive explanations rather than solutions. After much persistence, he finally contacted someone and processed a cash refund, which I did appreciate. However, the lack of professionalism, the long delay, and the aggravation I endured tarnished any goodwill.
To their credit, I later noticed an offer to resolve the situation via a response on Google reviews. Unfortunately, I didn’t see this in time to take advantage of it.
Overall, this location has serious operational and customer service issues that need to be addressed. From poor communication among staff, billing mishaps, and lack of follow-through, the experience fell far below acceptable standards. If you’re looking for a smoother, more professional experience, I highly recommend visiting Valvoline instead. My recent trip there was quick, efficient, and hassle-free—everything this Jiffy Lube visit was not.

This place absolutely robs people. Please make sure you get a second opinion before you let them charge you $1600.00 for a brake and rotor change.
