I got my engagement ring and wedding band fixed here. The customer service at the Springfield location is amazing. Christina was an absolute gem! I brought my toddler with me too and she was SO good with him! And I got my ring back a lot sooner than expected and it shined like it was brand new!

Visited K for the first time today to buy earrings for my son’s 16th birthday. Veronica was great! She took her time working with us, and there was no hard sale.
We ended up buying his earrings and an anniversary band for me since they were having a big sale.
Avoid a big name, stores and come here. Let’s celebrate Springfield’s businesses!!!
