I’m from CT shout out Big Hec! CT didn’t want to cash my CT check. I had to drive to Massachusetts just to get it cashed. Hec took care of me. I called up there. He said he will stay open later just for me. 10/10 experience!

I haven't been to liberty package since my 20's but the store still looks the same in fact not to much has. I had gone there to cash a insurance it was the weekend, walked in the store was very clean and I was greeted by all personnel in the establishment, and almost all at once 3 people asked if they could help me all with a smile,every one was very friendly!!! 😊 It was seamless cashing a check! Oh and when I left all the employees said thanks for stopping in hope to see you soon and have a great day!! So you see nothings changed! Food for thought!! Thank you Liberty Package store for everything!

Fantastic customer service. Dealt with both the female representatives and Zach the owner. They take the time to answer questions and Zach is on another level of customer service. He takes the time to listen and I f he doesn’t have something in stock, he will go out of his way to try and get it. Can’t say how much I appreciate him and his staff for taking care of me every time I go here. Highly recommend!
