They keep losing carts and are not replacing them. The three carts they have are old and hard to manage. The prices for their units keep going up, and these are significant increases. I think I will leave them this summer when I have time off. The people who work there are neither friendly nor respectful. They have this strip of bumps directly outside the front door that also make it hard with their bad cartsto get out once you have loaded your cart. The last time I was there, the bumps caused some boxes to fall off the cart. One of the managers walked by and admonished me and told me I couldn't block the door open. I explained that I was putting the boxes that fell back together. She frowned at me. I told her to take a look that the bumps caused two boxes to fall directly in front of the cart, and I couldn't move until I cleared I up. She didn't look and made a face of irration. She never appologing for barking at me or even said something nutral6 "oh" or "ok." I have been unhappy with this place for a long tim one is awful!

The woman who help me was beyond nice great customer service knows their policies well I messed up and ordered a smaller unit then I intended and she help me get it fixed the same day most definitely recommend this please place for the customer service alone
