Had been searching for the Crown Royal Blackberry for months and waited for it to come back to the stores.
When it finally came out again, I had called in the morning, hoping they had gotten some in their delivery. Was told they had not gotten any in but was more than welcome to call back to check on future deliveries. A few hours later, they called me saying they had gotten some in and didn't know because it was mixed in with another brand. They put it behind the counter for me and didn't overcharge me like another package store did.”

This family-run store is our GO TO! Their prices are fair, significantly less than other stores in Springfield.
If you want an item they don’t have in stock, they will order it.
-The parking lot is well lit and safe.
-The store is neat and clean.
-The staff is professional, kind.
-They know the product well and also address the usual customers by name.
-This store is Service Animal and pet friendly.

Ladies, you are safe here, even when alone.
The store is handicapped accessible, by ramp. It is a bit steep. This being said, I AM SURE the staff will accommodate the needs of ANY customer, assuring they are respectfully treated and are alive to purchase the product they desire at a good price.

“A great family owned establishment. Had been serving the neighborhood for decades.
Excellent service and attention to detail. As of 2024, they still have 2 nips for a $1.00 and also $0.50 lighters (post COVID expenses may change that).
Open until later than most stores in the area.
The employees treat you like family, if you treat them as such. Give respect to receive respect. Very busy location.
Ample parking at the location. Expect a wait time of around 3-5 minutes if visiting during rush hours.”
“I’ve been going to the store on a regular basis for about three years now since we moved into Chicopee. It’s not the closest one to my house, but it’s the second closest, but I do go out of my way to go there most often because I like the guys that own it. And plus I like the variety they always seem to have the hard to find items for my taste anyhow. Plus, I kinda like their little walk-in cooler that’s at the back of the store. The first time I had no idea I could go back there lol but it’s door number one at the back wall. Customers can go in there and get all the cold beer they need They’re friendly they talk to you and they get to know you. I don’t even have to tell them what I want now they just know it, and then they offered to carry it out to the car if I have more than one item or heavy items which is not often you see that nowadays. Not to mention the store is actually really clean”
“I like Prime Liquors. The store is really well kept up. Very clean. The shelves are neatly stocked and it's not so big that you can't find what you're looking for. The guy behind the counter is always friendly and very helpful when I ask for it. The parking lot is not large, but there's enough spaces so that there's usually no problem parking. Prime is a great place to get your beverages!”

“I was visiting from North Carolina for Christmas. I popped in on the spur of the moment, hoping to maybe find some bourbons that I can't find in NC. I wasn't expecting much, but boy, was I surprised! They had an extremely nice selection to choose from, and I ended up selecting a bottle of Blanton's, which wasn't even the best thing they had!!! But what made the visit extra special was the friendliness of the staff, especially the manager who made me feel like an old regular, showing me what he had and making recommendations. If I lived in the area, I would definitely become an old regular!

“Love this liquor store. I usually avoid going anywhere else if possible. The staff are AMAZING, they have a good selection of hard liquors, beers, wines. They also sell lottery tickets which I have found to be the only place I have any luck, and it's just a good vibe all around. They deal with all types of characters and I've never seen them disrespect anyone or lose there professionalism regardless of how customers might be acting. Definitly give it a 5 star rating”

“Great place, they carry a large inventory, just check the experation dates on slow selling products. Heineken light had an experation date of January 5 2025 today 4 18 2025 so I passed on it”
