This was a great place to get medical supplies delivered to your home, espicially when your unable to to move as much as one did before. But lately their customer service reps are rude and unprofessional, they are so ignorant and want to hang up without fixing or atleast hear ones concerns. Their delivery i believe it doesnt exist anymore because when you try to get something delivered they tell you, you have to come pick it up, and im talking about some items that are large if one is unable to drive how is one supposed to pick it up. Has gone down hill. Time to find a new place.

BAD customer service! I called 5 times and they sent me to voice mail. When i got to the place and i have to wait for like 2 mins (there was nobody there) and they were all drinking coffee and chatting. How does this company would like us the customers to give them 5 stars if not even the employees are professional or respectful.

I have been going to Louis & Clark for along time and and was treated by the old personnel who have retired very professional and the other day I came in to pick a product and the young man who was the only one working at the counter had a customer in front of me and she left I walked up and with a nasty attitude said to me to go back that he needed to finish up that order and wait for him to call me I walked back six feet and turned around and he called me I could have just stood there for the few seconds I'm not looking for anyone to get fired just treat me with respect like I treat them. In the past I would always give a 5 star!

I have used Louis & Clark for many years from when they used to be on Bernie customer service has always been great on east street your employees goes above and beyond Kathy Zack n Allison are the best today is Kathy last day I hope they Find someone as good as her to replace her or better.

Louis & Clark carry good quality items, but they need to improveon the service, they don't answer the phone calls, they don't follow up on the patient's monthly supply, and you have to visit the store in order to get your supply, like an old patient, frustrated on bed have to send a family member in person to get my monthly Supply.

I was in your store with a family member and an young man named Zack Mathews assisted me and a family member, and he was very attentive and very professional we were impressed with him as a clerk and helping us to navigate through the paperwork and he was also very good at helping us pick out a product at your store I would recommend anybody to go to him we had a good experience and I thank you Louis and Clark for having him on staff

I had to return a wheelchair that was delivered to my mother, it was a little to small for her.Zach was the representative that helped us. He fitted her to the next size up and showed us the features. He was very patient and understanding. As far as I am concerned he went above and beyond for my mom.

I was never at this business before in my life. I needed compression socks and went there to get them. Went to the Easthampton store. Joseline was very helpful and very professional. I was lost as to what type of socks I needed and she took the time to explain to me. Took my measurements and gave me the appropriate socks. These are the kind of people that one need to mention and bring back what is called Customer Service which is becoming very rare these days. I will definitely recommend this place and person to someone looking for medical supplies. Thanks....Hector

I receive my daughter's supplies in that place because I have no choice, since what they have is a monopoly with services and supplies. My complaints are the following: once they gave my daughter's monthly supplies to another person and they did nothing about it, I did not receive the supplies that month, they never let you know when the prescriptions are about to expire, but at the moment to look for the supplies, the delivery service used it only once and it was terrible because they did not send them all together and I received supplies almost every day since there are many, they take a long time to serve customers, calling by phone is impossible and The people who have to call monthly when placing the order do not speak English correctly, so it is very difficult to understand what they are saying or asking.
