For people who do some ugly ass nails theyre so rude. I went because my daughter who is my nail tech was out of town the lady was super rude, tried to charge me 70+ for some super short nails. I got up and left. If i could rate this place 0 stars i would. I dont recommend.

Very clean and very nice people. However the past several visits I have been increasing disappointment with the quality of service. It felt like the steps were being rushed or skipped. I dropped $100 on a gel mani and a spa pedi without polish. I left feeling underwhelmed and noticed I still had rough skin around my cuticles. 1 week in and my manicure looks awful with many chips. The paraffin treatment is nice, but not enough to make the price worth it. I went with a friend and her gel manicure also has chips. Unfortunately we won't be returning.

The nail spa is spacious and clean, about ten pedicure and manicure stations for each service, they also do facials and waxing. Some techs are not trained all the way and noticed that one of the girls seems to do all the services and the other employees jump in when there is a customer for waxing. I had one tech start my nails and as soon as I mentioned I wanted extension he had me move to the next station because he did not do that service, the tech helping me also had me switch to a girl half way and she shaped my nails after he added the extension then it switched back to the second guy when customers came in for waxing. It felt rushed and nails were not really cleaned up and it is expensive. For a French manicure with extensions it was $75 and $80 for the French pedicure. I also had my grandmother with me and was charged $70 for her nail extension with gel. It was $225 for both and would have expected better service for that price. Overall nail techs are friendly but I won't be returning especially because of the rush and pricing. Also some of my nails the same day are spacing from the extension.
