The paint department has no clue what they are selling Had to strip my ceiling and walls Had a professional contractor come over and looked at my delema and said everything I used was wrong Thanks Lowe’s Then I had to strip it all off Another problem Installing a ceiling exhaust fan and they can’t even handle giving my wife a junction box with cable ends This store has no competent employees As the old saying goes if you want it done you have to do it yourself and also get your own parts

We were having a hard time finding a few items for our house and Cooper was such a big help! He brought us to exactly what we needed and he had such a great sense of humor! He made our Lowe’s experience that much better!

Ordered tile online and was having it delivered to here. I was giving a date when the item should arrive. I was supposed to get a email when item arrives. The day when the order was supposed to come came and went with no email. So I called them. I was told the order will arrive when it arrives and no other information available.
I have timelines that need to be meet. And if I was this unprofessional I would not have a job.

I was short on my ordering and had to go to the store and grab a peg board. The unfortunate part was I now had to transport it in my car. These boards are about 4ft wide and 8ft long. I was walking around aimlessly in the store until I ran into 2 employees fixing a display. We will only discuss one of those employees seeing "He" was the only one who jumped to assist. His name is Cooper. He grabbed the peg board I needed and he cut that board into 4 pieces so I could transport it. He was kind and made me feel he took great pride in his work and his job. I'm aging and there would have been no way I could have handled this board without Coopers knowledge and training. I've been coming to this store for soo many years. I usually do not get help unless I go to the service desk, wait in line and wait some more for someone to come to the front or meet me in the department. Cooper was a shining light on a dreary day. A day before Christmas, many people grumpy and not wanting to be at work. Not Cooper. He was on top of his game and I was so grateful. Lowes, I hope you really "See" this employee. He genuinely cares about his company and your customers. There are not many there that do. I can't thank Cooper enough for all his help. Definitely a 5 Star Employee!!
