Police Detective will be at this location Monday to investigate devices stolen and accounts open without authorization. I never signed any thing but someone there decided to create "receipts " 3 days after I was in the store. Decice location is on.so it shows they're at 463 State; I have a payment history of 7 years but billing only for 2 months....really? They did the fraud and a even worse coverup

Bought a phone Friday that was a downgrade. Yet, they constituted it as an "upgrade" (my 5G for their 4G) just so they can sell me a defective phone and give no refund. Not even store credit.
Don't come here!

The woman who answers the phone was very rude. She hung up on me twice, as I was trying to order a new phone... My phone is not working well so all I wanted to do was prefer a new phone and switch to MetroPC. I'm not from this area... In Framingham, the workers are much more helpfulSeeing as the employees in this are very unhelpful actually just made me change my mind and I will be shopping elsewhere.
