Im truly upset because I got 2 lines ported over from Verizon to the metro. Last month and today someone goes and make changes on my account seprateing a line without my consent or my authorization when I payed for the phone’s activation and the mints bill it should never been removed from my acct I spoke to customer service and went to store associate as well I would like for corporate to reach to me because the phone line should never left my account when I’m the main person on the account and that person is. Not on my account not they have my line I payed for and this is on metro cause how so bypass without notifying the main holder and this is the store when I purchased them at and I still have the receipt

JC is the best !! I came. In because my phone was acting very slow and took me forever to figure it out and she helped me clear up storage and helped me fins a new phone in my budget . Need more people like her

I went to this store for a charging problem with one of my phones and Mimi help solve that problem and then help me purchase a new phone through my metro plan. This store is always good to me and Mimi was a big help. Great customer service with MetroPCS.

Tops down the best customer service and I got a good deal for a crisis that I was in. My iphoneX sudden decided to have its battery go from 80% to 1% and not hold charge, the manger hooked me up and I got a good iPhone deal and even when my SIM card wasn’t working on my phone after I left the store and I ran back in from vet hospital i work at the female working there was awesome and fixed my phone why I was trying to catch my breath from not taking my asthmetic self serious haha.
