Jasmine Torres, sales rep was very helpful. She really knows her job. I will be glad to come into Metro pc when she is working. Very knowledgeable on Cell phones you need more employees like Ms.I also think that the employees should have a stool to sit due to them having long hours. Absolutely disrespectful, there was a man/woman, couldnt tell, he was very rude rolling his eyes and not trying to resolve my issue at all. Really showed the issue with my generation. No respect combined with entitlement.Been a loyal customer for 3 years and this is how they treat loyal customers. I would highly suggest you go elsewhere unless you want terrible service.

The website says they open up for 11 a.m. I've been outside since 11 a.m. it's 11:17 and no one is here the stores closed this store should be closed down permanently

Needed to purchase a new phone so stopped by the Boston Road Metro. There I met Ivan. Extremely knowledgeable and attentive as I am not a phone person. He took his and got me into the right phone for me. He explained everything in layman's terms so I understood how to utilize my phone, transfered all my data properly and showed me how to use it. He also put the case and glass cover on for me. I also purchased an additional cable and glass cover for my wife's phone

Charged $30 to switch an unlocked phone.. first claimed phone wouldn't work because it wasn't metro .. said I'll got.to another metro and all of sudden he can do it for $30. Asked for receipt gave a 30.00$ plan receipt. No mention of services.. asked for one with that info and printer stopped working.. did complete the service though .

They charge you $5. They charge you to pay your bill at this store. They wouldn't have gotten one star if I didn't have to put the One star order to leave the post.

I witnessed the store manager yell and get really aggressive with a young lady. The young lady was calm as she spoke to him when he snapped and got scary. I honestly thought he was going to hit her. His staff had to pull him away because he was in her face about to hit her. This experience was scary.

My experience is different than others. It depends who served your needs. There was one person who did great just that he said I was going to get my $10.00 back even though I wanted the $50. Monthly plan not $60. He said I needed to come in for that which I did and he changed the story that I couldn’t get my $10 back I wish I could’ve recorded the conversation for sure. I had to call corporate to fix my issue if I said 50. It’s what I want nothing else. Also I noticed most of them are rude. I now pay online instead of going in person to avoid their attitude. Switching from Verizon to them is fine to be able to save$$ but the experience who u get to attend your needs is either good or not so good.
