“**Update** As can be seen below Coinstar contacted me about my problem. They were very gracious and professional, and rectified the situation. I appreciate their customer service folks and I have modified my rating. Personally, I do believe they have more to improve, their response was nothing more than amazing. In short, they made sure I received the full amount of the coins I deposited as an Amazon eGiftCard, which is what I wanted I'm the first place. Cudos to your team.”

“5-Star Service... Big Y on St. James Ave in Springfield, I needed 50 balloons for a 100th birthday party on very short notice. I went in after the advice of another store that was unable to fill balloons for me. Heather and Steve organized and filled 50 balloons then they bagged them in bundles of 10 and weighted them. FYI: Big Y is not only CHEAPER than the big name party store, they also add the HiFloat at no cost (additional $1 each balloon at Party C___) and they are0 LOCALLY OWNED and operated! I'll need more balloons next month for another party... definitely will order ahead of time. Thank you, MY Big Y!”
