Oliver’s Auto Body Shop is amazing! The general manager went above and beyond to help me, explaining everything clearly and making me feel valued. Compared to another shop I visited, the difference in service was huge. Highly recommend!

Very accommodating and helpful service. The employees made sure I was happy with the work that was done. I am very pleased with the body work and paint because my car looks amazing! It looks like I was never in an accident. They made sure I was completely satisfied with everything (which I am) and I'm very thankful for the amazing job Oliver/vive auto body did on my 2013 Civic Si coupe.

The lack of communication here is extremely unprofessional. To the point that I was never informed of what work was being done to my car. Furthermore, I dropped my car off because it was making a strange noise after the accident. My car is still making the EXACT same noise and less then 4 hours later, my check engine light came back on. They did repairs that were unnecessary and completely ignored the fact that I dropped my car off because of the noise. I’m very disappointed and frustrated that I still had to pay a deductible when I’m getting my car back pretty much in the same condition as when I dropped it off… 22 days prior. The only difference is I’m $500 poorer. I also had to get 3 different rental cars because they could not properly communicate with me when my car was going to be ready. Moreover, any updates I received was due to me persistent calling.

Bad communication. A part for my car came in damaged and they had to reorder but did not tell me until I had already received a text message that my car would be ready to pick up that day. Then I was told that my car would be done later that week. The day that I was set to pick up my car I once again heard nothing until I called them again. Then they once again said that although it should be done today I won’t be able to pick it up until the next day. There is absolutely no communication besides inaccurate automated messages that go to customers. Would absolutely not recommend.

They did an awesome job on my 2010 Toyota Corolla. Great customer service and quality work. Oliver Auto Body is a greay choice for your auto Body needs I highly recommend. Made my car look like brand new!

Had an amazing experience at Oliver’s! Got us in right away and kept us updated through the entire process. My car was ready ahead of scheduled time and was absolutely spotless when I picked it up. Both of the men we dealt with were very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend.
